Efficacy Of Yinaokang Capsule Combined With Donepezil In Treating Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Yinaokang Capsule combined with donepezil in treating post-stroke cognitive impairment.MethodsAmong the patients in the outpatient department of memory and encephalopathy of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period of 2019.1-2019.12,according to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,and prospective cohort study methods,all 51 patients who met their inclusion criteria were divided into treatment plans at the time of consultation 2 groups.There were 31 cases in the treatment group of Yinaokang combined with donepezil and 20 cases in the treatment group of Donepezil.Patients in both groups were given donepezil 5mg/qn.On the basis of this,treatment group of Yinaokang combined with donepezil was given Yinaokang Capsules 4 pills tid and observed for 3 months.Clinical efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment with the Mini Mental State Examination Sheet(MMSE),the Montreal Cognitive Scale(MoCA),and the Daily Life Ability Scale(ADL).Using SPSS 25.0 software for statistical processing.P<0.05 presented that the difference was statistically significant.Results1.On baseline level,the MMSE score,MoCA score,and ADL score of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups of patients are comparable.2.After treatment,the MMSE score,MoCA score,and ADL score of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the cognitive function and daily living ability of the two groups of patients were improved,besides the MMSE score and MoCA score of the Yinaokang combined with donepezil treatment group were better than the donepezil group(P<0.05);However,there was no statistical difference between two group on the ADL score.(P>0.05).The difference of MOCA score between the two groups before and after treatment indicated that there was a significant difference in the improvement of cognitive level between the two groups(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in MMSE score and ADL score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.The efficacy of the MoCA scale was compared between the two groups of patients.The total effective rate of the clinical function of the cognitive function was better than that of the donepezil treatment group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Yinaokang combined with donepezil treatment group and donepezil alone can improve patients’ cognitive function,and the former is better than the latter,indicating that Yinaokang combined with donepezil is definitely effective in the treatment of PSCI.2.Yinaokang combined with donepezil treatment group and donepezil control group alone can improve patients’ daily life ability,but it cannot be said that the treatment group is better than the control group.
