| Objective: The clinical data of 360 patients with end-stage renal disease were analyzed retrospectively to investigate the influencing factors of cardiac valve calcification in patients with end-stage renal disease. Methods: We collected 360 patients with chronic kidney disease stage 5(CKD5)admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university from January 1,2012 to November 1,2019.According to have or not heart valve calcification is divided into has the valve calcification group and does not have the valve calcification group, and according to the calcification valve number will heart valve calcification group is divided into the single valve calcification group and the double valve calcification group. The clinical biochemical data and echocardiographic results of the patients were observed and analyzed. Results: Comparing the clinical data of the heart valve calcification group and the not heart valve calcification group, the age, dialysis age, blood calcium and parathyroid hormone of the heart valve calcification group were all higher than those of the not heart valve calcification group, while the high-density lipoprotein and iron were lower than those of the not heart valve calcification group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparing the clinical data of the single valve calcification group and the double valve calcification group, the age and parathyroid hormone of the double valve calcification group were higher than that of the single valve calcification group, while the creatinine was lower than that of the single valve calcification group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that age and dialysis age were risk factors for dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease. In the hemodialysis group, there were statistically significant differences in age, dialysis age, creatinine, serum calcium and parathyroid hormone between the groups with and without valvular calcification(P<0.05).A single valve calcification and double valve calcification group contrast, age, creatinine, parathyroid hormone, difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The remaining differences were not statistically significant.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that age and dialysis age were risk factors for valvular calcification in hemodialysis patients. In the peritoneal dialysis group, there were statistically significant differences in age and dialysis age between the groups with and without valvular calcification(P<0.05).A single valve calcification and double valve calcification group contrast, dialysis age, dialysis dose daily difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The binary logistic regression analysis showed that age and dialysis age were risk factors for peritoneal dialysis patients. Conclusions: 1.In this study, the age, dialysis age, blood calcium and parathyroid hormone of the heart valve calcification group were higher than those of the not heart valve calcification group.2.Age and dialysis age are risk factors for valve calcification in dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease.3.Cardiac valve calcifictation in patients with end-stage renal disease is not closely related to diaysis way. |
