Objective:In this study, through statistical analysis of the collected clinical data of patients with non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndromes of patients with non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease were summarized, which provided a basis for the dialectical treatment of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease in TCM.Methods:By designing questionnaire, collecting clinical 200 cases of patients with the motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease name, gender, age and other general situation and course of the disease,H-Y grading, the motor symptoms,TCM four diagnostic information, summarized the clinical data, and through SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, according to the results of the analysis of the motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease in patients with TCM syndrome characteristics.Results:1.Among the 200 patients with non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, the proportion of 42-55 years old patients was less(12.5%).There were 144 patients over 60 years old, accounting for 72%of the total. From the perspective of disease course distribution,115 patients with disease course longer than 5 years accounted for the largest proportion. In terms of disease stages,57 patients(28.5%)were in the early stage. In the middle stage,100 people, accounting for 50%;Late 43,accounting for 21.5%.There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of tremor and ankylosis between male and female(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of disease stages between males and females(P>0.05).2.Among the 200 patients, memory loss, rem sleep behavior disorder, constipation, anxiety and fatigue were the most common non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. From the perspective of the stages of PD,disease early frequency higher than sports symptoms hyposmia, sexual dysfunction, fatigue and anxiety depression symptoms, the non movement of symptoms in the middle of the disease is more and more obvious, the proportion rising to some extent, the late with memory loss, cognitive dysfunction, anxiety, fatigue and neuropsychological dysfunction and rem sleep behavior disorder, such as constipation symptom is more apparent..3.Among the four diagnosis information of traditional Chinese medicine, the frequency is higher than 30%.Symptoms include forgetfulness, constipation, low voice, weak waist and knees, many dreams, indifferent expression, decreased sexual desire, fatigue, frequent urination at night, hot drinks and dull expression. In terms of tongue image, light tongue, dark tongue and thin tongue appeared the most frequently.Tongue coating,to the tongue coating thin, less water, moss yellow mainly; The main pulse is fine and slow..4.Mind,liver and kidney are the main factors of disease location; The disease factors were mainly wind, blood stasis, phlegm, dampness, cold, deficiency of Yang, deficiency of Yin and deficiency of jin.The most common types of tremor are dynamic wind and phlegm, followed by blood stasis,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency and phlegm dampness.Ankylosis less-dynamic type in the blood stasis,qi stagnation, cold more common. From the perspective of the improved h-y grading composition ratio, among the disease location factors, the liver and kidney run through the whole course of the disease, while the spleen, large intestine and bladder take up an increasing proportion with the development of the disease.Disease factor,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency with in the whole process of the disease, cold,Yin deficiency,qi deficiency, blood deficiency is as the disease aggravating, the proportion of more and more obvious, hand, wind, fire(heat),jin kui and qi and is accompanied by the progress of the disease, the proportion is reducing gradually, phlegm, drink is the early and late in the disease more prominent. There was no significant difference in the distribution of disease location factors at different stages of PD(P>0.05).Compared with the late stage, there were significant differences in the distribution of disease location factors in the early stage(P<0.05),and no significant differences in the distribution of disease location factors in the middle stage(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of disease location factors in early stage(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the distribution of disease factors in different stages of PD(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of disease factors in the early stage(P>0.05),and no significant difference in the distribution of disease factors in the middle stage(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of disease factors in early stage(P>0.05).5.Five syndrome types were summarized by cluster analysis:from high to low,53 cases(25.5%)with deficiency of heart and spleen,43 cases(21.5%)with deficiency of liver and kidney,41 cases(20.5%)with failure of heart and kidney,39 cases(19.5%)with deficiency of kidney and pulp, and 24 cases(12%)with phlegm and heat disturbance. There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes in different genders and in the two types of tremor and ankylosis(P=0.361>0.05).In the early stage of PD,the heart and kidney do not hand in,the heart and spleen two asthenia, phlegm heat disturbance heart is more common, both true and false; In the middle stage, the deficiency of heart and spleen was the main part, and the deficiency of liver and kidney was the main part. The late stage was characterized by deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of kidney marrow and deficiency of heart and spleen. There was no significant difference in the distribution composition of TCM syndromes in different PD periods(P>0.05).Compared with the late stage of the disease, there was no significant difference in the distribution composition ratio of five TCM syndromes in the early stage(P>0.05),and no significant difference in the distribution composition ratio of five TCM syndromes in the middle stage(P>0.05).Compared with the middle stage of the disease, there was no significant difference in the distribution and composition ratio of the five TCM syndromes in the early stage(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome types in different age groups of PD(P>0.05).Compared with<50 age group, the distribution of TCM syndromes in 51-60 age group and 61-70 age group had significant differences(P<0.05).P<0.01),there was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes between 71-80 age group and>age group(P>0.05).Compared with the 51-60 age group, there was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome types in the 61-70 age group and the 71-80 age group(P>0.05),while there was a significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome types in the>80 age group(P<0.01).Compared with the 61-70 age group, there were significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes in the 71-80 age group and the>80 age group(P<0.05).P<0.01).Compared with the 71-80 age group, there was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes in the age group of>80(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Parkinson’s disease is mainly caused by the elderly, whose course of disease is lingering and difficult to recover. The most common non-motor symptoms in the early stage of PD are anosmia, sexual dysfunction, fatigue, anxiety and depression. In the middle stage of PD,non-motor symptoms are more and more obvious. In the later stage, neuropsychiatric disorders such as memory decline, cognitive dysfunction, anxiety, fatigue and other neuropsychiatric disorders,as well as symptoms such as RBD and constipation are more prominent.2.In patients with non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, mind, liver and kidney were the main factors of disease location. The disease factors were mainly wind, blood stasis, phlegm, dampness, cold, deficiency of Yang, deficiency of Yin and deficiency of Jin.Among the factors of disease location, the whole course of liver and kidney through the disease, and the spleen, large intestine and bladder are with the development of the severity of the disease, which account for an increasing proportion.Disease factor,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency in the whole process of the disease, cold,Yin deficiency,qi deficiency, blood deficiency is along with the development of the illness severity, the proportion of more and more prominent, hand, wind, fire(heat),jin kui and qi and is accompanied by the development of the disease, the proportion is reducing gradually, phlegm, drink is the early and late in the disease more prominent.3.The main TCM syndromes in patients with non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease include deficiency of heart and spleen, deficiency of liver and kidney, incompatibility of heart and kidney, phlegm heat disturbance, deficiency of kidney marrow.Early to the heart and kidney not to hand over, two deficiency of the heart and spleen, phlegm heat disturbance heart; In the middle stage, the deficiency of heart and spleen was the main part, and the deficiency of liver and kidney was the main part. The late stage was characterized by deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of kidney marrow and deficiency of heart and spleen. |
