| ObjectiveThrough clinical curative effect observation,to observe the clinical curative effect,body temperature change,C-reactive Protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and other indexes of the Self-made Tonsillitis Prescription for treating Pediatric wind-heat tonsillitis,preliminary discussion on the mechanism of its formula,further explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Pediatric wind-heat tonsillitis,provides a simple,convenient,effective and inexpensive treatment method for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and also provides scientific theoretical basis for promoting the Self-made Tonsillitis Prescription.MethodsThis topic is a prospective study.A total of 80 children who met the admission standard in the Pediatric out patient department and the inpatient department of Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly assign ed to study subjects.40 Patients in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Granules to joint the Self-made Tonsillitis Prescription)and 40 patients in the western medicine control group(Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Granules)were set up respectively.Observation period for three days,with two groups of symptoms before and after the treatment,white blood cell count,C-reactive Protein,body temperature and liver and kidney function as the main observation indexes,use SPSS 26.0 statistical software to further collate and analyze the data to realize objective evaluation.ResultsAfter observation and research,the treatment group and the observation group shed 3 cases respectively,and 74 cases actually completed observation and research.The analysis results are as follows:1、There was no significant difference in gender,age,body temperature,course of disease,total symptom score,main symptoms and signs,secondary symptoms,WBC,CRP,and highest body temperature between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2、After treatment,the total curative effects of the two groups were compared,In the treatment group,7 cases were cured,27 cases were effective,1 case was markedly effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,The total effective rate was 94.6%.In the control group,1 case was cured,15 cases were effective,17 cases were markedly effective,and 4 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 89.2%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3、After treatment,the total symptom score,main symptoms and signs,secondary symptoms,WBC,CRP and other indicators of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).4、After treatment,there were significant differences in fever,pharyngalgia,tonsillar enlargement,number of tonsillar pus points,cough,appetite and stool between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pharyngeal mucosa hyperemia and urination between the two groups(P>0.05).5、After treatment,the infection indexes WBC and CRP in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).6、Compared with the control group,the treatment group has a significant difference in the time when body temperature starts to drop and body temperature returns to normal(P<0.05).7、In terms of safety,there were no adverse reactions in the treatment group and six adverse events in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion1、The treatment group and the control group have achieved high clinical efficacy in the treatment of pediatric wind-heat tonsillitis.2、After treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group in the total curative effect level,improvement of total symptom score,main symptoms and signs(fever,pharyngalgia,tonsillar enlargement,number of tonsillar plus points),and secondary symptoms(cough,appetite,stool).It shows that the Self-made Tonsillitis Prescription combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium granules can effectively relieve the main clinical symptoms and accompanying symptoms,improve the body state of children,and improve the curative effect level.3、The treatment group is better than the control group in terms of the time when the body temperature starts to drop and the time when the body temperature returns to normal after treatment,which shows the self-made tonsillitis for treating pediatric tonsillitis has good advantages and can achieve the antipyretic effect in a short time.4、The treatment group had no adverse reactions in the treatment process,and the self-made tonsillitis for treating pediatric tonsillitis was safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
