| Objective: This study conducted an epidemiological survey on sleep quality and sleep quality among people in different occupations who needed to work shifts,and statistically analyzed the survey results to understand the sleep quality and related influencing factors of the population.According to the survey results in the crowd,the simulated population shift working model using experimental animals to sleep deprive mice,and at the same time using a variety of commonly used cognitive intervention methods,through different groups of mice 5-HT test to improve sleep For mass populations,the content and behavior of two GABA neurotransmitters were observed to explore the effects of sleep deprivation on sleep quality in mice,and the effects of different intervention methods on sleep deprivation in mice.Rational suggestions for sleep quality improvement caused by sleep deprivation in the professional population were proposed.Methods: This study uses a combination of observation and experiment.The observation method used a cross-sectional survey method to conduct an epidemiological survey of nurses in three comprehensive hospitals in Dali City,Yunnan Province,and some local police officers.A combination of sleep quality questionnaire,PSQI questionnaire,anxiety scale,and self-made scale was used to conduct the survey.Statistical methods were used to analyze the survey results and observe sleep quality and related influencing factors.Mice sleep deprivation experiment,first determined by neurotransmitters preliminary detection and behavior observation cycle of sleep deprivation in mice,and then use six different methods can improve the quality of sleep,drink milk,medicine anshen(anshen brain fluid),take western medicine sleeping(stability),moderate exercise,play music,different frequency of sleep deprivation on its intervention,nine days after water maze tests in mice,testing their memory and cognitive behavioral ability.The contents of 5-HT and GABA in the brain of the mice were detected by ELISA kit.Finally,the differences between each group and the blank control group were compared by statistical method,so as to determine whether and to what extent each intervention method had an impact on the two neurotransmitters most capable of affecting sleep.Results: The epidemiological survey results on sleep quality of shift workers showed that 804 effective questionnaires were recovered from nurses participating in shift work,and the total PSQI score of medical staff engaged in shift work was 15.22±3.83,and there were 769 persons with PSQI> 7 points,that is,there were nurses with sleep disorders accounted for 96% of all surveyed persons,and 35 persons with PSQI ≤ 7 points,that is,nurses without sleep disorders accounted for 4% of all surveyed persons.According to the epidemiological survey on the sleep quality of police officers,a total of 73 effective questionnaires were collected,among which 46 people needed to do shift work and 27 people did not need to do shift work.The PSQI score of the group requiring shift work was higher than that of the group not requiring shift work(P<0.05).The average SAS score of nurse was 43.02±10.61,and 724 had no anxiety symptoms,accounting for 90% of the total number of respondents;61 had mild anxiety,accounting for 7.6% of the total number of respondents;15 had moderate anxiety,accounting for 1.9% of the total number of respondents;4 had severe anxiety,accounting for 0.5% of the total number of respondents.No signs of anxiety were found among police officers.Only two,or 0.2%,of police officers had anxiety symptoms.In the test of water maze,the stage time of diazepam group,music group and frequency group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that diazepam,music and reducing the frequency of sleep deprivation could improve the sleep quality of mice and have a protective effect on their memory and behavioral cognitive ability.The frequency group was the most significant,with a stage time of 17.49 s.The 5-HT test results showed that,except the music group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the other groups all had significant differences(P<0.05),among which the most significant difference was the western medicine group,with the content of 5-HT being 462.75ng/ml.The GABA test results showed that there were significant differences in each group,among which the most significant difference was in the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the GABA content was 5.57ng/ml.Conclusion: shift work can have a negative impact on the sleep quality of the population.More than 90% of the occupational population requiring shift work have sleep disorders.Sleep disorders can lead to anxiety and other mental and even organic diseases.No matter the change of related neurotransmitters in mouse brain or the change of behavior in mice,it can be explained that sleep deprivation can have a significant impact on sleep of mice.Among the many intervention methods,the one that can play a significant positive role in sleep of mice is the intervention of diazepam and Anshen Jiannao liquid.Milk gavage,proper exercise and reducing the frequency of sleep deprivation can also play a positive role in sleep of mice With,the effect is not obvious,but it is safer and healthier.Sleep at all,therefore,the method,found the effect of intervention of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is,drink milk,strengthening the movement and reduce the frequency shift method can achieve the result that improve the quality of sleep,in order to seek more healthy way to improve sleep quality,so suggest the need for a moderate amount of shift work groups recommended drinking milk,strengthening the movement and reduce the frequency shift method to improve the quality of sleep. |
