Obj ective:To investigate the current situation of disease uncertainty, negative emotion and coping style in patients with intracranial aneurysm, identify the factors affecting disease uncertainty and negative emotion in general data, clarify the coping style of patients with intracranial aneurysm, explore the correlation of disease uncertainty and emotion and coping style in patients with intracranial aneurysm, and provide theoretical basis for reducing disease uncertainty and negative emotion, guiding clinical nursing work. Methods:This study was a non-experimental correlation study, which was convenient to select 140 patients with intracranial aneurysms who met the inclusion criteria in a Grade 3A hospital in Weihai City.Volume, recovery 162,elimination of invalid questionnaire 22,valid questionnaire 140.patients were quantitatively assessed by general demographic questionnaire, disease uncertainty scale, anxiety self-rating scale, depression self-rating scale and medical response questionnaire.Using the statistical software SPSS 17.0 Chinese version to analyze the valid questionnaire, the mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage were used to describe the general demographic characteristics of patients with intracranial aneurysms, disease uncertainty, anxiety, depression and coping style.and differences in coping styles in general demographic data;Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between disease uncertainty, negative emotions, and coping styles in patients with intracranial aneurysms. This study was statistically significant when P<0.05.Results:(1)The total score of the disease of the intracranial aneurysm in this study was(98.34-9.89),which was in the middle level. There was a significant difference in the sex,the age,the education level, the occupation, the monthly income of the family, the payment method,etc.(P<0.05).(2)The total anxiety of the patients with intracranial aneurysm in this study was(47.21-11.38),which was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the aspects of sex5 age, education level, occupation, family place of residence, family monthly income, payment method, and whether to have chronic diseases.(3)The total score of depression in patients with intracranial aneurysm in this study was(53.26±8.64),which was statistically significant in terms of sex, age, education level, family monthly income, payment method and so on(P<0.05).(4)The analysis of the correlation between the uncertainty, the mood and the coping style of the patients with the intracranial aneurysm concluded that the uncertainty of the disease in the patients with the intracranial aneurysm was negatively correlated with the corresponding coping style(r=-0.208,P<0.05),and a negative correlation with the coping style of the avoidance(r=-0.520,P<0.01)was positively correlated with the response to yield(r=0.196,P<0.05).The anxiety of the patients with intracranial aneurysm was negatively correlated with the coping style of the avoidance(r=-0.629,P<0.01).Depression in patients with intracranial aneurysms was positively correlated with coping style using face(r=-0.277,P<0.01).negatively correlated with the coping style using avoidance(r=-0.580,P<0.01)and positively correlated with the coping style using yield(r=0.672,P<0.01).Conclusions:(1)Patients with intracranial aneurysm have a medium level of disease uncertainty.Among women, the higher the age,the lower the education level and the lower the family monthly income, the higher the disease uncertainty.(2)In this study,30%of patients with intracranial aneurysms had anxiety.Women, the higher the age,the lower the education level, the occupation is farmers, the place of family residence is outside, the lower the monthly income of the family, the payment method is NCMS,and the higher the anxiety level of patients with chronic diseases.(3)In this study,36.4%of patients with intracranial aneurysms had depression, and the higher the age,the lower the education level, the lower the monthly income of the family, and the higher the degree of depression, the higher the payment method was for the patients with NCMS.(4)The disease uncertainty of patients with intracranial aneurysms is negatively related to the use of face-to-face and avoidance, that is,the higher the disease uncertainty of patients with intracranial aneurysms, the worse the coping style of face and avoidance.(5)Anxiety in patients with intracranial aneurysm was negatively correlated with coping style of avoidance, while depression was negatively correlated with coping style of confrontation and avoidance. That is,the higher the degree of negative emotion in patients with intracranial aneurysms, the worse the coping style of facing and avoiding.(6)This study results suggest we in nursing patients with intracranial aneurysms, can guide and encourage the patient to face up to the coping styles,in order to reduce the uncertainty in illness, and negative emotion,if the "face" slow to help patients understand the meaning of disease events, can guide the patients to avoid approach to reduce uncertainty in illness and negative mood, avoid using yield approach or less as far as possible,to prevent diseases increased uncertainty and produce negative emotions. |
