Objective Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of danshen polyphenolic acid combined with basic medicine for patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction with the participation of clinical pharmacists, and evaluate the intervention effect of pharmaceutical supervision on patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction. Methods From August 2018 to October 2019,100 inpatients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Department of Neurology of the First Hospital of Jilin University were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases each, who were given basic hospital admission.Control group:take aspirin 100ml once a day,add edaravone 30mg and add 100ml 0.9%sodium chloride injection twice a day,and give symptomatic treatment for complications(lipid reduction, blood pressure regulation, blood sugar regulation,anti-infection,etc.Observation group:In addition to the basic medication, the patients were given salvia polyphenolic acid for injection(Tianjin Tasly Pride Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,specification:0.13g/branch,containing salvia polyphenolic acid 100mg,batch number:20180903)dissolved in 250ml physiological saline Intravenous infusion, once a day,one at a time, strictly control the drip rate, not higher than 40 drops/min.A pharmacological monitoring path was established for both groups of patients, and pharmacological monitoring was performed on them. The treatment time in both groups was 14 days.Serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)concentrations, mean cerebral blood flow velocity,NIHSS scores, and total The degree of effective change explores the effect of drug treatment, measures liver, kidney function, coagulation function, and myocardial enzyme indexes to investigate drug safety, and observes adverse reactions during medication. After treatment, the patient’s efficacy, medication compliance, and treatment satisfaction,as well as self-test laboratory indicators after discharge were summarized and analyzed. Results 1.Among the patients with cerebral infarction, there are more men than women, and they are more in the age of 60 to 69 years. The top three of the previous history and the types of combined diseases are hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. There was no statistically significant difference in the history, past history, types of comorbidities, and vital signs(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After comparison, the observation group had a more significant decrease in NIHSS scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment, the concentrations of serum NSE and MDA in the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the serum NSE and MDA concentrations in the observation group. The reduction was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the concentrations of SOD in both groups were higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the SOD in the observation group was significantly lower. The concentration increased more, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(1)Blood flow velocities of the anterior(ACA),middle(MCA),and posterior artery(PCA)of the two groups were examined by transcranial Doppler after 14 days of treatment. The flow velocity was higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the mean blood flow velocity of the three groups of cerebral arteries in the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood platelet counts(PLT),fibrinogen(Fib),and D-dimer(D-D)of blood coagulation function-related indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment at 14 days, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the control group, the coagulation function related indicators in the observation group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The clinical pharmacist gave patients medication monitoring to improve the patient’s medication compliance and satisfaction with clinical pharmacist services and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Conclusions According to the changes in NIHSS scores, serum indicators MDA,NSE,SOD concentrations, and transcranial Doppler ACA,MCA,and PCA blood flow rates before and after treatment in the two groups of patients, basic medication combined with injection of salvia polyphenolic acid was mild to moderate cerebral infarction, compared with basic medication, significantly improves the effectiveness of treatment;According to the detection of coagulation function, liver, kidney function, and myocardial enzymes of the two groups of patients after treatment,it is found that the safety of basic medicine combined with salvia polyphenolic acid for injection is better;after the implementation of pharmaceutical supervision by clinical pharmacists, mild to moderate cerebral infarction was improved patients’ treatment effect, medication compliance, and pharmaceutical service satisfaction reduced the incidence of adverse reactions.Compared with the pre-implementation of pharmaceutical care, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
