Objectives:In peptic ulcer patients in community and family health care in our country,the implementation of family nursing intervention in patients with community peptic ulcer,analysis of family nursing intervention on the follow the medical behavior of peptic ulcer patients in community and the influence of the quality of life,in order to establish the family care of patients with peptic ulcer models provide a reference basis.Methods:Uses own before-and-after time continuity design,convenient sampling method,select 1~3 months in 2019 in Weihai city in Shandong province a 3 armour hospital digests medical hospital discharged from hospital after treatment of peptic ulcer patients in community,62 research object,through the WeChat platform,telephone follow-up,family visits health education for 3 months of family nursing intervention.The general information questionnaire,compliance behavior questionnaire and quality of life questionnaire were used to compare the changes in compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer before,1 week,1 month and 3 months after the intervention.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Frequency,composition ratio,mean value and standard deviation were used to describe the general demographic characteristics of peptic ulcer patients.T test and ANOVA were used to analyze the differences in general social and demographic characteristics of compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with peptic ulcer.Repeated measures of variance were used to analyze the influence of family nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients.Results:(1)Compliance score of peptic ulcer patients was(91.06±8.23),which was normally distributed.The scores of the patients with peptic ulcer in each dimension were ranked from high to low,namely,follow-up(3.05±0.40),behavior change(2.72±0.35),medication(2.70±0.40),and self-monitoring(2.62±0.39).(2)The scores of the peptic ulcer patients’ quality of life were the total body comprehensive score(160.44±32.41)and the total psychological comprehensive score(166.52±30.69),which were normally distributed.The scores of each dimension were from the highest to the lowest:social function(26.15±7.67),physical pain(25.2±7.0),energy(11.57±2.51),mental health(9.72±1.41),emotional function(8.90±6.45),general health(8.07±2.56),physiological function(5.91±3.93),and physiological function(5.40±1.41).(3)Single factor analysis showed that age,gender,ethnic group,educational level,occupation,marital status,monthly income,housing status and payment method had no statistical significance on the differences between the groups in the compliance behavior and quality of life of peptic ulcer patients(P>0.05).(4)Repetitive measure analysis of variance showed that intervention,intervention before 1 week,1 month,3 months according to the medical behavior,including assessment,self monitoring,4 items of behavior change,medication,it is concluded that intervention,intervention before 1 week,1 month,3 months according to the medical behavior score(91.06±8.23),respectively(109.42±13.2),(133.76±11.26),(151.95±11.18),the above four different periods according to the medical behavior score differences,statistically significant(P<0.05).Intervention,intervention before 1 week,1 month,3 months,the patient’s quality of life,including physiological function,social function,body pain,mental health,energy,general health,emotional function,physiological functions such as indicators,before intervention,intervention in 1 week,1 month,3 months,body comprehensive scores respectively(160.44±32.41),(207.94±45.8),(299.47±32.65),(364.87±22.35),The total scores of psychological comprehensive were(166.52±30.69),(215.45±45.06),(296.08±36.25),(349.6±25.96),respectively.The differences of life quality scores in the above four periods were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Home nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients with peptic ulcer in the community.(2)Home nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer in the community.
