Analysis Of Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Breast Hyperplasia Prescription And Network Target Prediction

Purposes:Summarize the pattern of treatment of breast hyperplasia by traditional Chinese medicine,sum up the core prescription,and predict the potential drug target of treatment of breast hyperplasia by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1.This paper collects the literature of Chinese medicine treatment of breast hyperplasia from the Chinese Journal Full Text Database(CNKI),and makes statistical analysis using the software of Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform.2.Using the ECTM database,we construct and analyze the network diagram of "component-target-symptom" of traditional Chinese medicine for breast hyperplasia.Results:1.Among the 565 prescriptions for the treatment of breast hyperplasia,the top three distribution of four qi in traditional Chinese medicine are cold,warm and flat,the top three distribution of five tastes are bitter,xin and gan,and the top three distribution of meridian distribution are liver,spleen and heart.In terms of the frequency of use,the frequency of use of 23 traditional Chinese medicines is higher than 100,and the top ten are:bupleurum root,angelica root,white peony root,sweet root,turmeric root,prunella,poria cocos,zhejiang fritillary bulb,qingpi,licorice root.Through the unsupervised entropy level clustering algorithm,the related combination was extracted to evolve a new core combination of breast hyperplasia containing 7 herbs(Bupleurum,prunella,angelica,turmeric,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma cyperi,zhejiang fritillary bulb).2.The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of breast hyperplasia is to perform positive effects on the reatment of breast diseases through its choline,sitosterol,vanillin,and sterol(C29H480)targets.It affects neurotransmitter clearance,cell transmembrane transport,norepinephrine neurotransmitter release,nuclear receptor transcription pathway,acylation of intracellular receptors and regulation of steroid receptor by sp90 chaperone complex to play an active role in the treatment of breast diseases.Conclusions:Through the above research found that the main TCM treatment of breast hyperplasia disease through the bitter cold,xin wen,gan ping liver soothing and spleen herbs to treat the disease,the core formula contains bupleurum,prunella,angelica,turmeric,white peony root,incense,zhejiang fritillary bulb seven herbs.The main targets are androgen receptor(AR)and organic cation transporter 1(SLC22A1).
