Exploring The Law Of Professor Wang Weiming’s Drug Use For Chronic Gallbladder-related Diseases Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform

Objective:By using the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform",Professor Wang Weiming’s prescriptions for chronic Gallbladder-related diseases were integrated and analyzed,to explore the medication law of Professor Wang Weiming in the treatment of chronic biliary diseases,in order to inherit and develop Professor Wang’ s clinical experience and better apply it to clinical practice.Methods:Professor Wang Weiming’s prescriptions for chronic Gallbladder-related diseases(chronic cholecystitis,gallbladder polyps,gallstones)were collected,and a database was established.Based on the V2.5 system,data integration,analysis and mining were carried out to obtain Professor Wang’s clinical medication laws for chronic Gallbladder-related diseases.Results:A total of 81 herbal medicines were collected from 175 prescriptions,of which 53 were used more than 10 times.They can be classified into 13 categories according to their efficacy.Among them,Qi-regulating,blood-activating and stasis-removing and deficiency-invigorating are the top three.The top three frequencies of drug attribution are spleen meridian,liver meridian and stomach meridian.According to the statistics of the proportion of medicines used in the five flavors,we can see that the top three are bitter taste,spicy taste and sweet taste.According to the statistics of the proportion of drugs used in the four gases,we can see that the top three are temperature,calmness and cold.Under the premise of 0.8 confidence and 35 support numbers,16 core drug combinations and 8 potential new drug combinations were obtained through data mining.Conclusion:Through exploring the information of drug frequency,frequency of drug attribution,frequency of occurrence of four Qi and five flavors,association rules,prescription laws and potential new,it is concluded that Professor Wang Weiming’s clinical medication for chronic Gallbladder-related diseases has the following characteristics:regulating qi and relieving depression,activating serum,eliminating pathogenic qi,invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,and strengthening qi.
