| Objective: By virtue of the medical record management platform of traditional Chinese medicine,based on the current incidence of type 2 diabetes,considering the clinical value of treating type 2 diabetes from spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis according to the inheritance of past generations of medical experts and teachers’ experience,the author summarized and analyzed the medication law of the tutor,and discussed his academic ideas.Methods: The medical records of 132 patients treated by professor Xu Yunsheng with type 2 diabetes on December 31,2018 were collected on the medical records management platform of traditional Chinese medicine on September 1,2015,solstice,and analyzed the medication rules of the tutor from the aspects of four qi and five flavors’ channel effect with the help of its data mining function.Results: Analysis of drug use:(1)four-qi analysis: among the 366 selected prescriptions,a total of 223 herbs were involved.The use frequency of cold and warm drugs is obviously higher than that of other drugs,which can reflect the characteristics of diabetes from Yin deficiency heat to Yin damage and Yang.Among them,the frequency of cold and warm medicine is about 1.29:1,which is because in the selected medical records,there are more patients whose illness is mainly characterized by hot and dry in the early and middle stages.(2)fivetaste analysis: among the 366 selected prescriptions,223 herbs were involved.Among them,the proportion of sweet,bitter and pungent flavor is much higher than that of other medicinal flavor.Both sweet and bitter can be entered into the spleen,sweet and invigorating the spleen,and bitter and dry spleen.The high frequency of these two tastes can clearly reflect the teacher’s emphasis on spleen and soil in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.The high frequency of pungent medicine is due to the increase of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.(3)drug classification analysis: in the selected 366 times of prescription,a total of 223 TCM.Among them,those used most frequently were tonic for deficiency(1912 times,22.29%),bloodactivating and blood-stasis removing drugs(1384 times,16.13%)and heat-clearing drugs(1317 times,15.35%).The high frequency of these three types of drugs reflects the pathogenesis of diabetes,mainly spleen deficiency,common heat syndrome,and blood stasis.(4)drug frequency,by analysis: in the selected 366 times of prescription,a total of 223 herbs,among which the drug frequency of more than 20% of 32 herbs,the highest frequency of the top 10 herbs are salvia miltiorrhiza,kudzu root,radix ginseng,atractylodes atractylodes,Chinese wolfberry,yam,mulberry branch,astragalus root,coptis chinensis.Of the 10 herbs,6 are mainly attributed to the spleen.It can reflect that the teacher is good at starting from spleen soil in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.At the same time by the use of drugs to the meridian can be seen,the taste of drugs to return to the liver,spleen for the most reflects the teacher in the treatment of spleen at the same time,pay attention to adjust the relationship between the liver and spleen,in order to cure both symptoms and root causes.At the same time,combined with the experience of follow-up diagnosis,it can be known that two or three herbs with similar frequency are commonly used by teachers.Conclusion:1、The pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes is complicated,and the cause of the disease involves Wuzang.The main Tibetans are the spleen,liver and kidney.The pathological factors are mainly turbid and blood stasis and run through the whole process.Professor Xu Yunsheng combines the characteristics of today’s type 2 diabetes,mostly from the theory of phlegm and phlegm,and is good at starting from the middle spleen and stomach,using the method of strengthening the spleen and removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and taking into account his clinical practice.Dispensing medication,good at grasping key pathogenesis,using the right medicine,to treat the card.Pay attention to adjusting the lifting balance of the air machine,aiming at the type 2 diabetes spleen deficiency gas filling,the situation of fine gas inflow,to increase the spleen and stomach qi and yang,supplemented by the method of yin and solid fixation,to delay the development of the disease.2.The difference in the dialectical methods of treating diabetes and depression in ancient and modern times is mainly due to the changes in lifestyle and the popularization of Western medical testing techniques and drug intervention.Paying attention to the disease machine is the characteristic of the era of treating type 2 diabetes.3.Learning from an open mind with a clear mind is a guarantee of the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine.The true academic features are formed in continuous learning and practice. |
