Objective:We observed the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Zhitong Capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis,and explored its mechanism of action,in order to provide effective ideas and solutions for clinical treatment of wind-cold-dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis.Methods:120 patients of wind-cold-dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group(40 cases),control group A(40 cases)and control group B(40 cases)by the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with Qufeng Zhitong Capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate;the control group A was treated with sodium hyaluronate alone;the control group B was treated with Qufeng Zhitong Capsule alone.Before and after treatment,knee joint fluid was extracted for examination in all three groups.After 5 weeks,the clinical efficacy was observed,and the general data,VAS score,WOMAC score and IL-6 level of patients were processed and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software,and the conclusion was drawn.Results:The general data(sex,age,course of disease,K-L classification)of the three groups were compared,P>0.05,which proved that the three groups were comparable in the composition of general data.Intra-group comparison:VAS score,WOMAC score and IL-6 level in synovial fluid of each group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,P<0.05.Inter-group comparison:After treatment,the average VAS score of the patients in the treatment group was 2.33 ± 1.58,the average WOMAC scores were 22.03 ±19.50,which were significantly lower than those in the control group A and B after treatment,P<0.05.After treatment,the mean level of IL-6 in the joint fluid of the patients in the treatment group was 71.85 ± 35.43,which was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group A and B,P<0.05.The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,better than that of control group A(75%)and control group B(70%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Qufeng Zhitong Capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate is effective in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis.The mechanism may be related to the decrease of IL-6 level in knee joint fluid.This study can provide effective ideas and programs for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness obstruction knee osteoarthritis. |
