Objective: In this study,we observed the correlation between peritoneal transport type and constitution type of traditional Chinese medicine in peritoneal dialysis patients,and summarized its regularity,so as to provide a basis for the future clinical treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: A total of 116 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis were selected to perform peritoneal balance test at 1 month and 6 months after catheterization.At the same time,a questionnaire survey of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine was filled in and the software of constitution identification was input for constitution identification.According to the data obtained,the correlation between the types of peritoneal solute transport and the constitution classification of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed.For patients with long-term peritoneal dialysis,NT-pro BNP,Ccr and Kt/V were reviewed regularly to observe the clearance of solute and water volume in patients with different types of peritoneal transport.Results:1.The constitution of TCM in the low transport + low average transport group was mainly Yang deficiency,followed by Qi deficiency,and the frequency distribution of constitution was: Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,special quality,blood stasis,phlegm-dampness,Qi depression,Yin deficiency,calmness and dampness-heat;the constitution of TCM in thehigh transport + high average transport group was phlegm-dampness,followed by Yang deficiency.The frequency distribution of constitution is:phlegm-dampness,yang-deficiency,dampness-heat,peace,yin-deficiency,blood stasis,qi-depression,Qi-deficiency and special quality.2.At 6 months after peritoneal dialysis,Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency were still the most common constitutions in the low transport +low average transport group,while Yang deficiency and phlegm-dampness were the most common constitutions in the high transport + high average transport group.3.Compared with one month,there was no significant change in the frequency of constitution in low transport + low average transport group after6 months of peritoneal dialysis.Yang deficiency increased in high transport+ high average transport group,but there was no statistical significance.4.The NT-pro BNP values in the high transport + high average transport group were higher than those in the low transport + low average transport group.There was no significant change in the two groups before and after dialysis for 1 month and 6 months.The Ccr,Kt/V values of high transport+ high average transport group were higher than those of low transport + low average transport group,and the 6-month dialysis was significantly lower than that of 1-month dialysis group.5.Peritoneal solute transport patterns in peritoneal dialysis patients did not change significantly in the absence of peritonitis for 1 month and 6 months after peritoneal dialysis.6.There was no significant change in peritoneal solute transport type in peritoneal dialysis patients after 1 month and 6 months of peritoneal dialysis.Conclusion:1.The types of peritoneal transport in peritoneal dialysis patients are correlated with the distribution of constitution types in TCM.According to constitution types,the characteristics of peritoneal transportin patients can be predicted,dialysis schemes can be formulated as early as possible,and TCM intervention can be carried out to improve the adequacy of clinical dialysis.2.Peritoneal dialysis for 1 month and 6 months,before and after the peritoneal transport type and physical type did not change significantly,before and after the consistency,early peritoneal balance experiment combined with physical identification,can help early adjustment of personalized dialysis program,clinical significance.3.During peritoneal dialysis,there were significant differences in water and solute removal between different types of peritoneal transport,which accorded with the characteristics of peritoneal transport.With the increase of dialysis time,the solute clearance ability decreased.
