Objective:To observe the clinical characteristics of different peritoneal transport types in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD),and to explore the factors related to high peritoneal transport characteristics. Methods:A total of 62 patients with CAPD who were regularly followed up and had complete data in the peritoneal dialysis Center of the Department of Nephrology of Hebei General Hospital from May 8,2019 to September15,2022 were selected.According to the results of standard peritoneal equilibration test, the peritoneal transport function of the patients was evaluated, and they were divided into two groups, respectively are high transport + high average transport group(group A,n=24)and low transport + low average transport group(group B,n=38).The general demographic data, clinical biochemical indicators and cardiovascular complications of the two groups were compared.Logistic regression analysis was used to find the related factors affecting the peritoneal transport function of patients.Results:1 Demographic data and laboratory indicators: Compared with group A and group B,there was no statistically significant difference in demographic data between the two groups. In laboratory indicators,BMI[BMI=weight/height2] and the incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular complications in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).2 Univariate linear regression analysis showed that: Serum albumin was negatively correlated with peritoneal transport function(Pearson correlation coefficient =-0.625,P< 0.01),total protein was negatively correlated with peritoneal transport function(Pearson correlation coefficient =-0.347,P=0.006),blood urea was negatively correlated with peritoneal transport function(Pearson correlation coefficient =-0.274,P=0.031),BMI was positively correlated with peritoneal transport function(Pearson correlation coefficient =0.268,P=0.035),and cardiovascular complications were positively correlated with peritoneal transport function(Pearson correlation coefficient =0.490,P=0.019).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that peritoneal transport function was negatively correlated with ALB level(standardized β=-0.449,P< 0.01)and positively correlated with CRP level(standardizedβ =0.385,P < 0.01).3 Binary logistic regression multi-factor analysis showed that serum albumin was a risk factor for high peritoneal transport function.Conclusion:1 The high peritoneal transport function in maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients affects the long-term prognosis of peritoneal dialysis patients, which should be paid more attention.2 The incidence of high peritoneal transport in peritoneal dialysis patients was positively correlated with C-reactive protein and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, and negatively correlated with serum albumin level.3 Low serum albumin is an independent risk factor for high peritoneal transport in PD patients, and the method of serum albumin measurement is simple and cheap. |
