As a high-frequency injury in tennis, rotator cuff injury has been paid attention by experts and scholars in recent years. The recruitment and activation of shoulder muscle groups and the recovery of muscle strength are the key points of the rehabilitation of rotator cuff injuries.Object: In this study, through the development of targeted rehabilitation training programs, the experimental equipment was used to test and compare the changes of the integrated myoelectricity and peak torque of the test subjects the effect of the rehabilitation training program provides a reference for the practice of tennis shoulder sleeve injury.Method: A total of 20 college students were selected as experimental subjects in the Beijing Sports University tennis class. They were randomly divided into 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups.Obtain the surface myoelectricity and isokinetic strength test by testing the target muscle groups of the shoulder joint of the experimental subject including the anterior deltoid, middle deltoid, posterior deltoid, supraspinatus, infraspinatus and small circular muscles. The movement parameters of the target muscle group are compared and analyzed before and after the experiment. The difference between the relative integral EMG of the target muscle group and the peak torque of the muscle strength.Result:(1)Surface EMG test results during internal rotation / external rotation: 1)Contrast results within the control group,60°/s test, supraspinatus muscle(P<0.05),the EMG value increased significantly;90°/s test, infraspinatus muscle(P<0.05),the myoelectric value increased significantly, and there was no significant difference between the remaining muscle groups;2)the comparison results in the experimental group,60°/s,90°/s and 120°/s test, the supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles(P<0.01),the myoelectric value increased significantly, the anterior, middle and posterior deltoid muscle(P<0.05),the myoelectric value increased significantly, but the small circular muscle Significant changes;3)Comparison results between the experimental group and the control group,60°/s,90°/s and 120°/s tests, anterior, middle and posterior deltoid muscles(P<0.05),increased EMG values Obviously, the supraspinatus muscle and the infraspinatus muscle(P<0.01),the myoelectric value increased significantly, but the small round muscle had no significant difference.(2)Surface EMG test results during adduction / abduction: 1)Comparison results in the control group,60 ° /s test, deltoid midbeam(P<0.05),the EMG value changes significantly;120°/s In the test, the anterior beam of deltoid muscle(P<0.05),the myoelectric value changed significantly, and there was no significant change among the remaining muscle groups;2)The comparison results in the experimental group,60°/s,90°/s and 120°/s tests,The anterior, middle and posterior tract of deltoid muscle(P <0.01),the increase of EMG value is very obvious, the supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscle(P<0.05),the EMG value increases significantly, but the small round muscle has no significant change;)Comparison results between the experimental group and the control group, tested at 60°/ s,90°/ s and 120°/ s,the anterior, middle and posterior bundles of deltoid muscle(P <0.01),the increase in EMG value is very obvious,Gang Shang Muscle and infraspinatus muscle(P <0.05),the myoelectric value increased significantly, but the small round muscle did not change significantly.(3)Test results of isokinetic strength: 1)Comparison results within the control group,60°/ s,90°/s and 120°/s tests,no significant difference(P>0.05),peak torque value change rate The peak torque value increases with the increase of angular velocity;2) Comparison results within the experimental group,60°/s,90°/s and 120°/s tests, peak torque at internal rotation / external rotation The increase is very obvious(P<0.01).During adduction / abduction, the peak torque increases significantly(P<0.05);3)Comparison between the experimental group and the control group,60°/s,90°/s and 120°/s test, the peak torque increased significantly during internal rotation / external rotation(P<0.01),and the peak torque increased significantly during adduction / abduction(P<0.01).Conclusion: A 10-week functional shoulder joint rehabilitation training can effectively improve the strength and endurance of the shoulder joint-related muscles of male tennis players with rotator cuff injuries, and the degree of neuromuscular recruitment, effectively improve the body’s continuous adaptation to stimulation;increase the myoelectricity of the target muscle group And muscle strength data to mobilize more muscle fibers to contract and promote the development of the rotator cuff muscles;changing the body’s continuous adaptation to the injury can help increase the stability of the shoulder joints and effectively promote the recovery of the rotator cuff muscles.Men’s tennis players with rotator cuff injury should carry out relevant rehabilitation training as soon as possible to avoid the risk of other sports injury in the future.
