Clinical Observation On Erxian Decoction Intervention In Peri-menopausal Syndrome Of Breast Cancer During Tamoxifen Treatment

Objective: By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and the changes of test indexes in the two groups of patients,this study explored the intervention of Erxian Decoction on perimenopausal syndrome caused by tamoxifen treatment in breast cancer patients.Methods: In this study,according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,50 patients with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer who were treated with tamoxifen in the oncology department of Weifang Traditional Chinese Hospital were enrolled.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with tamoxifen combined with Chinese herbal decoction Erxian Decoction,and the control group was treated with tamoxifen alone.Kupperman improved symptom scores,quality of life KPS scores,estrogen levels,and side effects were compared before and after treatment.Result: The results of this study show that Erxian Decoction can significantly reduce the adverse reactions caused by TAM to breast cancer patients.1.Improved Kupperman symptom scores: In the experimental group,after the combination of Erxian Decoction and TAM for 3 months,the scores were significantly reduced,with statistical differences,and the clinical symptoms were alleviated;in the control group,the scores were increased and the clinical symptoms were aggravated;2.Quality of life KPS score: There was no significant difference in KPS scores between the two groups before treatment,but the scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment.The increase rate ofthe experimental group was greater than 60% after treatment,while the increase rate of the control group was less than 30%.And the rate of score reduction is higher than that of the experimental group;3.Hormone levels: The mean values of FSH levels in both groups were higher than before,and the test results showed that there is statistical difference in the same group after treatment,but there is no statistical difference between the groups;The change of E2 level was opposite to that of FSH.The mean value after treatment decreased,and there was statistical difference between the groups after treatment;LH levels also showed a decreasing trend after treatment,but statistical analysis found that LH was the same as FSH,and there was a significant difference in the same group after treatment,but the difference between the groups was not significant.4.Toxic side effects: There were no serious adverse reactions above III degree in both groups.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Erxian decoction can be used in breast cancer patients during tamoxifen treatment.Not only can regulate the level of sex hormones,reduce the toxicity of drugs,but also improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and show strong clinical application value.
