Clinical Effect Research Of Five Elements Music Combined With Head Massage On Hypertension With Liver Yang Hyperactivity

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of five elements music combined with head massage on hypertensive disorder of liver yang,and to explore the advantages of five elements music and head massage in lowering blood pressure and improving TCM syndromes of patients.It is devoted to expanding the methods of blood pressure control in clinic and providing reliable basis for its popularization and application in the future.Methods: 96 cases were randomly divided into music plus massage group(32 cases),music group(32 cases)and massage group(32 cases).Music group was treated with Chinese medicine five elements music,massage group was treated with head massage,music plus massage group was treated with five elements music and acupoint massage.Three groups were observed for a course of treatment,a total of 7 days,once a day intervention.The changes of blood pressure before,immediately after and 15 minutes after each intervention and TCM syndromes before and after one course of treatment were observed in the three groups.Results: There were 94 eligible cases in the final analysis,32 in the music plus massage group,30 in the music group and 32 in the massage group.(1)All three groups had antihypertensive effect,and there were statistically significant differences in the group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the three groups immediately after intervention and 15 minutes after intervention(P<0.05).The effect of music plus massage group was better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in music plus massage group decreased significantly immediately after intervention and 15 minutes after intervention compared with those before intervention.The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure also decreased in 15 minutes after intervention compared with those immediately after intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the three groups of antihypertensive effects,the total effective rate of music plus massage group was 87.5% after 15 min,the total effective rate of music group was 66.67%,the total effective rate of massage group was 71.88%;the total effective rate of music plus massage group Higher than the other two groups.(3)At the end of the course of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the music plus massage group was better than the other two groups in reducing the total scores of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).The symptoms of vertigo,headache,irritability,blush,dry mouth,tinnitus and insomnia were significantly improved in music plus massage group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five elements music combined with head massage in the treatment of hypertensive liver-yang(grade 1)not only has the effect of lowering blood pressure,but also can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients with obvious clinical efficacy.
