| Objective: By analyzing the clinical characteristics of 130 children with allergic purpura for the first time, this paper intends to discuss the characteristics of TCM syndrome types and their correlation with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, and provide references to promote clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Design clinical case study form, collect clinical case data and establish database;the SPSS22.0 software was used for analysis. Results: The incidence of allergic purpura in children was mainly in boys, the ratio of male to female was 2.03:1(P<0.05),and the average age of onset was 7.57±3.11 years old.The incidence of some children was related to respiratory tract infection, food allergy, digestive tract infection and urinary tract infection, accounting for 36.2%,3.8%,3.1% and 3.1% respectively. The TCM syndromes are,in order,damp-heat syndrome, windheat wound syndrome,blood-heat syndrome,qi without blood intake syndrome, and Yin deficiency with excessive fire. There are differences in the course distribution among different syndromes(P<0.001),and qi without blood intake syndrome has the longest course, followed by Yin deficiency with excessive fire,damp-heat syndrome,blood-heat syndrome,wind-heat wound syndrome. In terms of kidney damage, the most children with damp-heatsyndrome were found to be associated with TCM syndrome type(P>0.05).The study found that the TCM syndromes of allergic purpura were associated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, and the damp-heat bizang syndrome was the most frequently infected mycoplasma pneumoniae, accounting for 33.1%,which was statistically significant compared with other syndromes(p<0.05)Conclusion: The common clinical syndromes of children allergic purpura are damp-heat syndrome,wind-heat syndrome and blood-heat syndrome.TCM syndrome type is related to the course of disease, the course of which isthe longest with qi not absorbing blood, and the course of wind-heat injury of collaterals is the shortest.Damp heat bi-obstruction infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae is the most. |
