Therapeutic Effect Of Yuanluo Tongjing Acupuncture On Mild Cognitive Impairment Due To Deficiency Of Kidney And Marrow

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the original collateral meridian acupuncture on 60 patients with mild cognitive impairment due to kidney deficiency and marrow depletion,and to provide a new and effective treatment plan for mild cognitive impairment due to kidney deficiency and marrow depletion.Methods:1.Sixty patients with mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI)due to renal deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 in each group.All the cases were from the second clinic of acupuncture and moxibustion of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to February 2019.2.The treatment group(the former meridian-dredging acupuncture group): acupuncture treatment,point selection Baihui,Daling,Shenmen,Taixi,Waiguan,Zhizheng and Feiyang;the control group(the conventional acupuncture group): acupuncture treatment,point selection Baihui,Sishencong,Taixi,Dazhong,Xuanzhong,Zusanli,Ganshu,Sanyinjiao.28 days for a course of treatment,both groups were treated for a course of treatment.3.Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA),Logical Memory Test(LMT)and Chinese Medicine Symptom Score were used to evaluate the patients before and after treatment.4.SPSS24.0 software was used to process the evaluation data.Two groups of patients whose counting data satisfy the normal distribution were tested by t test,those with uneven variance were tested by t’test,the measurement data were tested by＿2 test,and the grade data were analyzed by Ridit.The general data of the patients and the score of curative effect were judged.P < 0.05,which means the difference has statistical significance;P <0.01,which means the difference has obvious statistical significance;P >0.05,which means the difference has no statistical significance.Result:1.There was no significant difference in MMSE score,Mo CA score,LMT score and TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05).2.There were significant differences in MMSE score,Mo CA score,LMT score and TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(all P < 0.05).3.After treatment,there were significant differences in MMSE score,Mo CA score,LMT score and TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group(all P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Yuanluo Tongjing Acupuncture has definite clinical efficacy in treating mild cognitive impairment of kidney deficiency and myelopathy.2.Yuanluo Tongjing Acupuncture can improve the scores of MMSE,Mo CA,LMT and TCM Symptom Score Scale in patients with mild cognitive impairment due to kidney deficiency and myelopathy.
