Comparison And Observation Of MBPU Changes Of Governor Meridian In Yin Deficiency And Yang Deficiency Subjects By Electroacupuncture At GV4

Objective:To observe the changes of microcirculation blood perfusion volume on the Governor Meridian before and after electroacupuncture(EA)at Mingmen Point(GV4),compare the difference of meridian reaction rate between Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency subjects,and explore the correlation between meridian reaction rate and physical quality.Methods:In the statistics of the students’ physical fitness questionnaire,20 cases of yang deficiency constitution group and 19 cases of yin deficiency constitution group were collected.Before the detection of electroacupuncture,electroacupuncture at Mingmen Point(GV4)for 20 min,the Yaoyangguang(GV3)point,the Zhongshu(GV7),and Zhiyang(GV9)of the microcirculatory blood perfusion units(MBPU).The effects of EA on different body constitution groups and their reaction time were analyzed.Results:1.MBPU characteristics of two groups of physical Du Meridian points in natural state(1)Under natural conditions,the average MBPU central point of the Du Meridian points of the yang deficiency constitution group:GV7>GV9>GV3.The MBPU of the central acupoint was higher than that of the Yaoyangguan acupoint,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Under natural conditions,the average MBPU of the Du Meridian points of the yin deficiency constitution group is located at GV3>GV9>GV7.Among them,the MBPU of the Yaoyangguan point is higher than the central point,but it is not statistically significant.2.MBPU characteristics of two groups of Du Meridian in the process of electroacupuncture(1)The electroacupuncture at the point of 0-20 min,the change of MBPU in the Yangyang physique group to the yang deficiency group was lower than that in the yin deficiency group,but the difference was not statistically significant.(2)In the process of electroacupuncture,the overall change of MBPU in the central body of the two groups of physical subjects was smaller and the trend was milder.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.In the electroacupuncture process,the two groups The overall change of MBPU in the physical subjects to the acupoints was larger,and the k values of the two groups were significantly different and statistically significant(P<0.05).In the process of electroacupuncture,the overall change of MBPU in the lumbar yang points of the two groups of physical subjects was smaller and more gradual.There was no significant difference in the k value between the two groups.(3)In the process of electroacupuncture at the foot of the gate for 20 minutes,the superficial MBPU changes of the yang-deficient physique group to the spur line to the central point,the central point and the lumbar yang point were mainly increased.Among them,the average superficial MBPU of the Yangyang and Yangyangguan acupuncture points was significantly higher than that of the electroacupuncture before the electroacupuncture,and there was significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The yang deficiency group was tested.The average superficial MBPU after electroacupuncture at the central point was also higher than that before electroacupuncture,but there was no statistical difference..(4)During the 20 minutes of electroacupuncture at Mingmen Point,the changes of superficial MBPU in the Yangyangguan,Zhongshu and Zhiyang points of the yin deficiency body group were mainly decreased.Among them,the average superficial MBPU of the yin deficiency body group was significantly lower than that before the electroacupuncture,which was significantly different(P<0.01);The average superficial MBPU decreased after electroacupuncture at Yangguan Point,but there was no statistically significant difference compared with electroacupuncture.Conclusion:1.The difference of superficial microcirculation blood perfusion in the natural state of different constitutions is the performance of the body constitution in the meridian reaction.2.The meridian reaction induced by electroacupuncture has a specific tendency due to differences in constitution.3.Due to the difference in body state,the response to electroacupuncture stimulation may be affected,and the constitution may affect the meridian reaction to a certain extent.
