Clinical Research On Treatment Of Cervical Sub-Healthy In Young And Middle-aged People By Acupuncture Regulating The Blood-stasis Constitution

Objective1. Combining and making an analysisthe results of cervical healthy conditions, pathogenic factors, type of constitutionin young and middle-aged people, which were researched in recent years by scolars at home and abroad.2. This paper have assessed the curative effect of acupuncture therapy based on physical constitution for cervical sub-healthy, which not only regulated the blood-stasis constitution, but also used "Neck Three-Point Needling" therapy.MethodWe had evaluated and selected 64 cases patients who both were the type of blood-stasis constitution and suffered from cervical sub-healthy, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification and Decision table (China Association of Chinese Medicine) and Cervical sub-healthy table (self-made).As using simple random grouping method we divided these 64 cases into two groups:Group A (acupuncture regulating constitution group) treatment group 32 cases, Group B (General acupuncture group) 32 cases. Group A obeyed the acupuncture method to regulate blood-stasis constitution of professor Fujieying that gave a use of pricking blood therapy on DU14 firstly. Secondly we made BL17, BL18, LR3, SP6 and SP10these points use acupuncture for balance. GB24 and LR14 could be used cupping therapy. Thirdly, we need focus on the cervical sub-healthy of using BL10, EX-HN14, BL11 for balance. Group B would use general points as BL10, EX-HN14,BL11, SI3, BL17, LR3 and SP10 for balance. GB24 and LR14 could be used cupping therapy. Each group should implemented treatments for 30minutes as one time, twice times per week,8 times treatments are one period. We watch 1 period for our study. Then we assessed these patients’ constitution more again, and used SPSS19.0 statistical software for data processing.Results1. Both group A and group B got significant therapeutic effects, and These 60 patients had clinical symptoms improved significantly in both groups.2. Clinical symptoms after treatment between the two groups were significant difference (P<0.05), and group A were treated superior better than group B.3. Group Aobtained more better clinic effects than group B, especially at regulating blood-stasis conditioning and eliminating of major symptoms of neck.(P〈0. 05)Conclusion The study showed that both the acupuncture regulating constitution group andgeneral acupuncture group for treatment of cervical sub-health had a certain clinic effect, and the overall efficacy of former is superior to the latter. The ideas of regulating constitution can not only solve the symptoms,but also essentially eliminating from physical, fully reflects the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, while also treating the core idea runs through the treatment process. Acupuncture as a treasure of Chinese medicine, in both holistic and preventive treatment of disease can give full play to superiority, lower drug side effects, ease of patients receiving cooperation. Cervical sub-healthy treated by acupuncture regulating physical constitution is a feasible and effective treatment options, high clinical value, worthy of further study and promotion.
