The Study Of Medication Experience Of Professor Chai Kequn In Treating Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective To analyze the medication experience of Professor Chai kequn in treating advanced lung cancer,and to better provide theoretical basis and methods for scientific research and clinical treatment.In this study,Professor Chai Kequn’s academic thinking of lung cancer is systematically summarized,which has important significance for spreading the experience of famous physician.Methods Select the cases of advanced lung cancer and related 130 prescriptions.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform system,two people input above prescriptions into the system and check the information.We use the function of "prescription analysis" to study the frequency of medicine,rules of the formulas,and groups of new prescriptions.Results 1.The most frequently-used drugs are found.2.The text gets the prescription rule based on data mining.3.We dig out six core drug groups and three new prescriptions.Conclusion 1.The high-frequency drugs include radix pseudostellariae,licorice,baicalin,poria cocos,atractylodes,Banxia,rhubarb,fructus auraantii,cornus,almond,yam,reed rhizome,forsythia,polygonatum,radix rehmanniae recens,Huangjing,angelica,coix seed,figwort,mulberry,cassia twig,pberetima,gorgon fruit,leaven,radix ophiopogonis,cinnamon.2.The core drug group which is used to treat advanced lung cancer is rasix pseudostellariae,atractylodes,poria cocos,licorice,baicalin,Banxia,almond,rhubarb,fructus auraantii,yam,cornus.3.Teacher Chai usually use the methods of tonifying spleen and kidney,reducing phlegm and detoxifying,and regulating the flow of lung’s and intestine’s energy to treat advanced lung cancer.In addition,some drugs with special pharmacological actions are added to the prescriptions.4.The system has practical value in analyzing clinical experience of famous TCM physicians.
