Objective By studying the different TCM syndrome types in patients with premature heart rate variability(HRV)with 24h dynamic electrocardiogram and distribution,related link between type can guide clinical syndrome differentiation of related indicators,for it often provide reliable clinical reference of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Under the guidance of TCM theory,consulting relevant literature,to develop clinical questionnaire,gathering the general information of patients,TCM four diagnostic information and dynamic electrocardiogram examination results.According to the survey data collected by patients for TCM syndrome differentiation,statistical analysis of premature beat different TCM syndrome types and the relationship between heart rate variability and distribution.Results 1.This research shows that 212 premature beat patients heart rate variability index of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome "qi deficiency blood stasis" liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,was statistically significant(P<0.01),among them with qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with premature beat of HRV is most obvious reduction,autonomic nervous function imbalance,this group of patients are mainly for the vagus nerve tension is damaged,will appear more severe clinical pathology.2.To quantify the premature beat TCM symptoms,symptom integral is qi and Yin deficiency syndrome>qi deficiency blood stasis>liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom score,the higher the self-conscious discomfort in patients with more serious.3.liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome and HRV indices are most affected by the relationship of the mean standard deviation ASDNN,ASDNN reflect liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome of the important indicators,ASDNN and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome were positively correlated.4.The deficiency of blood stasis and little influence on the relationship between HRV indices.5.Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and the biggest influence relation between HRV index of root mean square value is the difference between RMSSD,RMSSD is an important index of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,RMSSD and qi and Yin deficiency syndrome were positively correlated.Conclusion Premature beat patients with different TCM syndrome types have some characteristic changes of heart rate variability index,TCM syndrome types can reflect the condition of patients with premature beat,that heart rate variability can be a reference type of syndrome was premature beat,for more targeted treatment of traditional Chinese medicine provides the theory basis for different syndrome types of premature beat,thus in the prevention,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,impro ve the prognosis of many aspects,such as scientific guidance.
