Acupuncture Treatment In Patients With Maintenance Hemodialysis Itchy Skin Of Clinical Research

Objective To observe the acupuncture and the combined use of Medicinal charcoal pieces,to improve maintenance hemodialysis patients’ clinical symptoms of itchy skin.Method Selecting 90 UP patients from jinhua TCM hospital dialysis with Duo’s pruritus score,and record the various clinical examination.On into the group of patients randomly assigned(all the cases in included in the order number,is randomly assigned with the SAS software):the acupuncture combined Medicinal charcoal pieces’s group,Medicinal charcoal pieces’s group,the simple acupuncture group.Three groups of patients in age,gender,primary disease,dialysis time,before dialysis method,treatment of pruritus score no statistical difference in such aspects,into the group of patients during treatment to conventional step-down,hypoglycemic,improve anemia and other foundation treatment.Analysis of baseline comparability between different groups,the requirements baseline.Results The results of this study was carried out on the patients with maintenance hemodialysis was a randomized,divided into acupuncture combined Medicinal charcoal piece’s group(HD+Medicinal charcoal pieces+acupuncture),Medicinal charcoal pieces’s group(HD+Medicinal charcoal pieces),the simple acupuncture group(acupuncture+HD),3 months and 6 months after treatment,compared before and after treatment itchy skin’s score,and each group curative effect,the results showed that(HD+Medicinal charcoal pieces+acupuncture)75.8%,(HD+Medicinal charcoal pieces)46.1%,(acupuncture+HD)53.8%.Groups of 3 months and 6 months after treatment,patients’ serum IL-6,PTH levels were significantly lower,duo’s integral decreased significantly.HD+Medicinal charcoal pieces 3 months,6 months acupuncture treatment group compared with before treatment,patients’serum IL-6,PTH levels were significantly decreased,the duo’s integral decreased significantly,and has significant statistical difference(p<0.05).And according to the statistics,Medicinal charcoal pieces’s acupuncture combined treatment group effect significant differences compared with the other two groups(all p<0.05),and Medicinal charcoal piece+HD+acupuncture treatment group is better than the other two groups,.(HD+Medicinal charcoal pieces+acupuncture)7 5.8%vs(HD+Medicinal charcoal pieces)46.1%vs(acupuncture+HD)53.8%.Conclusion For UP patients,used in hemodialysis,on the basis of combined therapy with Medicinal charcoal pieces,and the needle thorn,indeed can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and the combined use of Medicinal charcoal piece,and the effect of acupuncture is superior to the single application.But due to the limitation of research conditions,as well as the study sample size is small,can only be preliminary evidence that acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with Medicinal charcoal piece,to a certain extent,improve maintenance hemodialysis patients with pruritus symptoms,but the treatment method on maintenance hemodialysis combined itchy skin exact curative effect remains to be further in-depth research and confirmed.
