| Objectives:Combining dietotherapy medicinal food science of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of nutrition,exploring BUXU QUYU Diet therapy for cesarean delivery puerperal disease(Postpartum hypogalactia,Postpartum lochia,Postpartum hard stool)prevention effect,observing the puerperal signs,type-B ultrasonic examination,the fundus of the uterus drop height,body mass index indicators of change between the intervention group and control group,comparing the differences.To research the effect of diet therapy for disease prevention,for clinical provides reference basis for the establishment of diet nursing interventions and data support.Methods:This research from March 2014 to October 2014,in a third rate hospital obstetrics in Harbin,including outpatient 151 cases of pregnant women in puerperium KAP nutrition situation survey,according to the survey for the research of puerperal dietotherapy medicinal food of TCM.In January to September 2015,in a third rate hospital obstetrical department puerperas be hospitalized do BUXU QUYU dietary intervenetions in Harbin.Included 72 cases Cesarean section primipara according with the standard into the research object,randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The control group given conventional nursing diet,the intervention group do Puerperal dietary nutrition education in weekly prenatal after 37 weeks pregnancy.The intervention group do BUXU QUYU dietary interventions after the break wind of delivery until the finished puerperal 42 days.The pregnant women testing their weights at 37 weeks,evaluation of puerperal symptoms at the finished puerperal 42 days,and record type-B ultrasonic examination results and measuring weights,measuring the fundus of the uterus drop height at the lday,3 day,5 day,7 day after the delivery.Data input the SPSS 19.0 statistical software after the double check,for the data analysis and processing.The comparison of two groups of sample using matching T test,independent sample t-test,single variable variance analysis.P less than 0.05 means difference was statistically significant,P more than 0.01 means significant difference was statistically significant.Results:1.According to the result of puerperium KAP nutrition situation survey,the pregnant women group in lower degree of understanding of puerperium knowledge level,poorly scientific nutrition behavior.But the attitude of nutrition knowledge is positive,accept degree for the dietotherapy of TCM is high,eager to learn more about dietotherapy of TCM.2.From the result of BUXU QUYU food intervention:①There are 72 puerperas from two groups participation and finished in the whole experiment.Two groups of maternal basic information(including age,pregnancy weight,height,labor gestational age,culture level,occupation,family income per capita)compared differences with no statistically significant(P>0.05),is comparable.②After the dietary interventions,the results of puerperal symptoms compared the control groups and the intervention groups show that,the situation of Lactation,the breast plumpness,milk quality,bleeding duration,blood loss,shit of the intervention groups better than the control group,differences havd the statistically significant(P<0.05).③The type-B ultrasonic examination results show the sum of the uterus three size of intervention group less than the control group,which with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01).④The fundus of the uterus drop height show,comparaed with the control group and the intervention group the fundus of the uterus drop height of 1d,3d,5d with no statistically significant(P>0.05),the 7d ones with significant difference statistically significant.(P<0.01)⑤The result of puerperas BMI show that at the 37th weeks of pregnancy compared intervention group and the control group with no statistically significant(P>0.05),the 42th days after delivery compared intervention group and the control group with significant difference statistically significant.(P<0.01).The same group of puerpera BMI result show that the intervention group compared with the BMI of 37th weeks of pregnancy and the BMI of 42th days after delivery with no statistically significant(P>0.05),but the control ones with significant difference statistically significant.(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The BUXU QUYU Diet therapy can prevent the Cesarean delivery puerperium multiple diseases((Postpartum hypogalactia,Postpartum lochia,Postpartum hard stool).2.The BUXU QUYU Diet therapy can alleviate the puerperal disease symptoms,reduce the maternal weight,shrink the fundus of the sum of the uterus three size,fasten uterus drop height,which can help the uterine recovery. |
