Study Of Technical Guidelines For Puerperium Women Of Dietotherapy And Herbal Medicinal Diet

Objective:The development of the "Technical guidelines for puerperium women of dietotherapy and herbal medicinal diet" will promote the standardization of women’s food and feeding during the period of childbirth,and provide reliable evidence for clinical drug feeding applications.Methods:By searching the Chinese periodical full-text database(CNKI),the Chinese science and technology periodical database(Weipu),the Universal Full Text Database,Web of Science,Pubwed,Superstar Digital Library,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Library,etc.,we collect the relevant documents of the period of production and breeding,and establish a database,using the evidence classification of chinese medicine ancient literature and RADE evaluation system,to evaluate the evidence level of the literature.In order to make up for the lack of literature,research questionnaires were distributed to all parts of the country to conduct clinical research.The content of the guide is recommended using delphi expert questionnaire and consensus meeting method.Based on literature research and literature evaluation,Delphi expert questionnaire method and consensus conference law,the final three evidences form the recommended program of "Technical guidelines for puerperium women of dietotherapy and herbal medicinal diet".Results:1.To form a phased regulation of the conditioning of the food for the period of delivery and the recommendation of suitable medicine meal seating;2.The recommended programme for the formation of suitable medicinal and therapeutic methods(including square name,composition,method,usage,efficacy,etc.)for the production of medicines for the period of feeding;3.The recommended program for the formation of dietary precautions during the period of childbirth.Conclusions:The formulation of "the technical guide of feeding and feeding for women in the period of childbirth" has a certain quality of literature support,based on ancient literature,with GRADE evaluation as a reference,supplemented by folk research,expert experience as a feature of the expert consensus,combined with the Delfi expert questionnaire,and finally comprehensive consideration to form the recommended program of the guide.
