Objective:1.Sinicize the Self-Regulated Learning Scale in Clinical Nursing Practice for nursing students(SRLS-CNP)to form a scale suitable for evaluating the self-regulated learning of nursing students in clinical nursing practice in my country;2.Evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of SRLS-CNP,and apply this scale to nursing students in clinical nursing practice,so that it can obtain more verification and promotion;3.Investigate the self-regulation learning of clinical nursing practice of nursing students,analyze its influencing factors,and propose improvement strategies for determining the future intervention population and improving the self-regulation learning ability of clinical nursing practice of nursing students.Methods:1.After obtaining the right to use the English version of SRLS-CNP,use the Brislin translation-back translation mode for translation,and culturally debug the scale according to cognitive interviews,2 rounds of expert consultation,and pre-investigation results.Convenience sampling method was used to select nursing students who met the inclusion criteria in undergraduate medical schools in Anhui Province as the research subjects,and distributed to them the general information questionnaire,Chinese version of SRLS-CNP,self-regulation learning ability questionnaire,and academic self-efficacy scale,the reliability and validity of the scale were tested using 926 valid data.Item analysis was based on CR value>3 and P<0.05;correlation coefficient between item and scale r>0.3;Cronbach’sαcoefficient after deletion≤Cronbach’sαcoefficient of total scale;item common value>0.4;item factor loading>0.4 standard.Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and half coefficient were used to evaluate the internal consistency of the scale,Pearson correlation coefficient to evaluate the test-retest reliability of the scale;I-CVI and S-CVI to evaluate the content validity of the scale;exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,internal correlation analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity of the scale,and the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the calibration validity of the scale,and finally the Chinese version of SRLS-CNP was formed.2.216 nursing students from Bengbu Medical College were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method,and general information questionnaire and Chinese version of SRLS-CNP were distributed to them.Statistical description,t test,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis were used to investigate the current situation of self-regulation learning in clinical nursing practice of nursing students and analyze its influencing factors.Results:1.The Chinese version of the scale consists of a total of 16 items in the motivation subscale and the learning strategies subscale.The motivation subscale includes intrinsic motivation(4 items)and achievement motivation(3 items);the learning strategies subscale includes synthesized knowledge and nursing skills(5items),multidimensional thinking(2 items),effort control(2 items).Item analysis results show that all indicators meet the requirements.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.949,the half coefficient was 0.884,and the test-retest reliability was 0.936.Content validity meets the requirements.The exploratory factor analysis motivation subscale extracted 2 common factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of81.974%;the learning strategy subscale extracted 3 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 84.064%.Confirmatory factor results showed that X~2/DF<3,RMSEA<0.05,IFI>0.9,TLI>0.9,CFI>0.9,PGFI>0.5,PNFI>0.5 all met the requirements.The internal correlation results showed that the correlation coefficient of each dimension was smaller than the correlation coefficient of each dimension and the scale.The Chinese version of SRLS-CNP’s calibration validity was 0.685 and 0.762,respectively,indicating that the Chinese version of SRLS-CNP had better validity.2.The total score of the Self-Regulated Learning Scale in Clinical Nursing Practice for nursing students was(59.014±10.160)points,the average score was(3.688±0.635)points,and the score rate was 73.768%;the average score of the motivation subscale was(3.602±0.693),the scoring rate was 72.040%;the average score of the learning strategy subscale was(3.756±0.654),and the scoring rate was75.120%.3.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the total scores of nursing students’self-regulation learning in clinical nursing practice in 9 variables including grade,relationship with clinical nursing practice teachers,and liking for nursing profession etc(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that grade,liking for nursing profession,whether to consider relevant questions raised by teachers,and the abundance of university learning resources were the independent influencing factors for the total score of the Chinese version of SRLS-CNP.Conclusion:1.The Chinese version of SRLS-CNP has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for the self-regulation learning ability of Chinese nursing students in clinical nursing practice.2.The self-regulation learning level of clinical nursing practice of nursing students is in the medium level,which needs to be further improved.3.Nursing educators can explore intervention measures to improve the self-regulation learning ability of nursing students in clinical nursing practice through influencing factors.
