Objective:To observe the correlation between the serum levels of Chemerin and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and gallbladder wall fibrosis in patients with cholesterol stones.Methods:245 patients with asymptomatic chronic calculous cholecystitis treated in our hospital from October 2019 to may 2021 were selected. All patients underwent blood test after admission and underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The data of age, sex, weight, height, routine laboratory examination, stone quantity, stone size and postoperative pathology were collected.157 cases were screened out.94 patients with asymptomatic cholesterol gallstones and gallbladder wall fibrosis were selected as the observation group, including 40 males and 54 females, aged from 38 to 63 years, with an average of(47.54 ± 11.72)years.63 asymptomatic cholesterol gallstones without gallbladder wall fibrosis were used as the control group, including 28 males and 35 females, aged from 40 to 65 years(mean 49.83 ± 12.68).To compare the expression of serum levels of Chemerin and transforming growth factor(TGF-β1)in 2 groups.Results:1.Logistic regression analysis showed that high serum levels of Chemerin and TGF-β1 in patients with cholesterol stones complicated with gallbladder wall fibrosis were risk factors.2.The expression of serum levels of Chemerin and TGF-β1 in patients with cholesterol stones complicated with gallbladder wall fibrosis were significantly higher than those in the control group. There were significant differences in serum Chemerin levels(97.16±17.35ng/ml)and(73.11±13.67ng/ml),inserum TGF-β1 levels(170.35±37.52pg/ml)and(124.87±28.64pg/ml)(P<0.05).And there were differences in bile Chemerin levels(123.26±16.45ng/ml)and(101.09±15.28ng/ml),in bile TGF-β1 levels(200.47±25.32pg/ml)and(149.41±30.83pg/ml)(P<0.05).3.ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC values of serum Chemerin and TGF-β1 were 0.750 and 0.731,respectively,while the AUC value of combined prediction probability was 0.840.The AUC value of serum Chemerin and TGF-β1 was significantly increased compared with that of serum Chemerin and TGF-β1,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.High expression of the serum levels of Chemerin and TGF-β1 is a risk factor for gallbladder wall fibrosis in patients with asymptomatic cholesterol stone.2.The levels of Chemerin and TGF-β1 in serum and bile in patients with asymptomatic cholesterol stone and gallbladder wall fibrosis were higher than those in patients without gallbladder wall fibrosis.3.The high expression of the serum levels Chemerin and TGF-β1 has a certain correlation with the occurrence of gallbladder wall fibrosis in patients with asymptomatic cholesterol stone, and has a certain predictive effect on the occurrence of gallbladder wall fibrosis, and the combined prediction value of the two is more obvious.
