Objective To study the clinical efficacy of fundus laser combined with rizumab in severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy by comparing the efficacy of panretinal photocoagulation therapy alone with wpanretinal photocoagulationr and dizumab therapy. Methods The cases in this study were obtained from May 2020 to September 2021,and they were diagnosed with severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,including122 patients and 184 eyes. All cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,92 eyes in each group. The experimental group was treated with panretinal photocoagulation combined with radizumab. One week after administering radizumab, retinal laser photocoagulation was started and panretinal photocoagulation, divided into 3-4 times, was completed within 1 month. The control group only used panretinal photocoagulation treatment, and the laser treatment was the same as the experimental group. All patients had systematic outpatient review after January,February and March after completion of treatment. The BCVA,intraocular pressure and CMT in the same period before and after treatment were compared, and the absorption time of retinal hemorrhage, retinal edema improvement time and retinal exudation absorption time were recorded in each patient, and statistical analysis was performed. Results In the treatment of patients with severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, the treatment of fundus laser combined with radezumab can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and improve the patient prognosis, which can be widely popularized in clinical practice.
