Objective:To investigate the efficacy of fastigial nuclear stimulation(FNS)combined with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning,evaluate its prognosis;and Provide a new treatment for ACOP.Methods:This study adopts the research method of retrospective analysis.Through the medical record query system,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,123 ACOP patients were selected from the second Department of emergency medicine of the first hospital of Jilin University from January 2021 to January 2022.They were divided into treatment group(group A)and control group(group B)according to whether they received FNS treatment or not.All patients were treated with HBO and conventional drugs immediately after admission.Group A was treated with FNS on this basis.The Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),troponin T(c Tn T),myoglobin(MYO),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),white blood cell(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT)were used to evaluate the activities of daily living(ADL),cognitive function,myocardial injury The changes of inflammatory indexes,analyze the epidemiology of ACOP,compare the treatment efficiency between the two groups,and analyze the therapeutic effect of FNS combined with HBO on ACOP.Results:1.There were differences in the number of patients with ACOP in different ages,genders and seasons(P < 0.05): the number of patients in youth(< 44 years old)was more than that in middle age(45-59 years old)and old age(> 60 years old),The number of female patients was more than that of men,and the number of patients in winter and spring was more,and the number of patients in summer was the least;There were differences in the causes of the disease in different seasons(P <0.05): the main cause of the disease in spring,autumn and winter was charcoal burning for heating,and the main cause of the disease in summer was the use of gas and natural gas;There were differences in the degree of poisoning among different ages and genders(P < 0.05):mild poisoning was the most common in middle-aged and young people,while moderate and severe poisoning was more common in the elderly;Women are mostly mild poisoning,while men are mostly moderate poisoning.2.Before treatment:(1)there was no significant difference in gender,age,degree of poisoning(COHb%),duration of poisoning and educational level between the two groups(P > 0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in MOCA scale score,MBI index,c Tn T,MYO,CK-MB,WBC and PCT between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.After treatment:(1)the score of MOCA scale,MBI index,c Tn T,MYO,CK-MB,WBC and PCT in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P < 0.05);(2)The score of MOCA scale,MBI index,WBC and PCT in group A were significantly better than those in group B(P < 0.05);(3)There was no difference in c Tn T,MYO and CK-MB between group A and group B(P > 0.05);(4)The effective rate of group A(96%)was significantly better than that of group B(88.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)There was no difference in the incidence of DEACMP between group A(4%)and group B(10.2%)(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.The incidence of ACOP was related to age,gender and season:young people,male,winter and spring poisoning number was more serious,elderly and male poisoning degree was more serious;Burning carbon for heating is the main cause of the disease.2.FNS combined with HBO can significantly improve the therapeutic efficiency of ACOP.3.Compared with conventional therapy,FNS combined with HBO therapy can not reduce the incidence of DEACMP after ACOP.
