Cancer,Duodenitis,Gastro Duodenal Reflux and Oesphageal Varies. In China the H.Pylori test was done by using 14c-Urea Exhalation Test(UBT)in a Non Invasive Method while In Nepal The H.Pylori Test was done by using Biopsy Test in Non Interventional Method. The Chinese Data is collected from Outpatient Department,Medical Lab and the Gastroscopy Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical University. The Nepali Data is send by my friend Dinesh Khadka at the same time from February 2016 to February 2018.The Endoscopy is done at the Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical University by Olympus260 HZ and the Endoscopy is done at Kathmandu Model Hospital by Pentax ED 3270 K.Statistical AnalysisStatistical analysis was made using 13 version of SPSS for Windows software package. The chi-square test and Fisher’s exact the prevalence of Digestive System Disease among Chinese Patients and the Nepali Patients.ResultsThe Result showed that the prevalence of Digestive System 1.6%,Female 1.5%)Oesophageal Varies in China(Male 2.8%,Female 3.1%)Oesophageal Varies in Nepal(Male 2.8%,Female 3.1%)The Total Percentage of male Patients in China is 51.2% and Female Patients is48.8% while in Nepal the total percentage of Male Patients in China is 51.7% and Female Patients 48.3%Similarly Among Age Groups; In China among 15-24 Age group(Male 5.5%,Female5.5%),In Nepal Male(6.3%,Female 6.4%)Among 25-35 Age Group In China(Male 6.2%,Female 6%)In Nepal(Male 9.1%,Female 8.4%)Among 35-44 Age Group In China(Male 6%Female 6.6%)In Nepal(Male 9.1%,Female 8.4%)Among 45-54 Age Group In China(Male 19.1%,Female 18%)In Nepal(Male 14.6%,Female 13.8%)Among 55-64 Age Group in China(Male 7.1%,Female 6%)in Nepal(Male 3.3%,Female 3.3%)Among 65-74 Age Group in China(Male 3.4%,Female diagnostic test for H.pylori conducted in the First Afllliated Hospital among 560 Chinese patients showed 370 postive results and 190 negative results, while the diagnostic test for H.Pylori done among 630 Nepali Patients showed that 460 positive results and 170 negative results. The Percentage of Patients having H.Pylori Positive in China is 66% while in Nepal is 73% so the Prevalence of having H.Pylori Postive in Nepali Patients is more than in Chinese Patients. The prevalence of gastric ulcer in China is higher than in Nepal(p<0.05)the difference is statistically significant),and duodenal ulcer is higher in Nepal. In the comparison of different sexes, the proportion of male patients having digestive diseases in China and Nepal was higher than that of females, but there was no significant difference(p>0.05).from this studyThe prevalence of having Digestive System Disease is more in 35-44 Age Group in Nepal, while the Prevalence of having Digestive System Disease is more in 45-54 Age
