Purpose:1.Study the effect of each single agent extract and sodium potassium citrate solution in uroiditong pill group on kidney stones in vitro.2.Observe the clinical effect of urinary stone pill and sodium potassium citrate in the treatment of kidney stones.Method:The first part: the urine stone pill group of sea sands,carena,poria,chicken,gold,money,loofah,grass,knee,chestnut,respectively by distilled water extraction,determined by the stone analyzer clinical patients calcium oxalate stone,ammonium phosphate stone specimens natural drying and weighing into the extract and sodium hydrogen citrate solution,control group for distilled water group,set the extract temperature,change the concentration of sodium hydrogen citrate solution,the reaction time is 24 hours,observe the change of stone weight before and after the experiment.The second part: Collect a total of 111 cases hospitalized in the urology department of Hubei Chinese Medicine Hospital during February 15,2022 and meeting the inclusion criteria,which are divided into Group A,Group B,Group C and control group.After excluding 26 cases,85 cases were retained,including 24 patients in group A;B: 21 sodium potassium citrate group;20patients in group C and 20 patients in control group;size,quantity,CT value,patient,stone discharge and general condition were recorded.Statistical calculation and analysis of all case data was performed by SPSS 26.0software.Measurement data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation.Equof variance,data with normal distribution and non-conforming data;chi-square test.When the number of grids with 1 T <5 exceeds 20% of the total number,the exact probability method is used,and the difference is considered statistically significant at P <0.05.Result:1.The extract did not change the weight of calcium oxalate and P>0.05).At room temperature,the concentration of 0.1g/m L,0.2g/m L sodium potassium hydrogen citrate solution significantly changed the weight of the ammonium phosphate phosphate stone(P <0.05),and the weight of the stone concentration was significantly different(P <0.05);but the weight of calcium oxalate stone(P> 0.05).2.Finally,85 patients with kidney stones were included,including 24 in Group A(urinary stone group),21 in group B(sodium hydrogen citrate group),20 in Group C(urinary stone and sodium hydrogen citrate group)and 20 in the control group.The baseline data of the four groups(sex,age,stone site,initial onset or recurrence,days of medication,affected side stone surgery history)were compared,with no significant difference(P> 0.05).Group A had no significant change in stone size before and after taking medication(P> 0.05),group B and C decreased significantly before and after taking medication(P<0.05),and no significant change before and after observation in the control group(P> 0.05).Comparison between groups: the number of stones decreased significantly(P <0.05);the proportion of stone reduction in each group was:Group C(50.00%)> B(42.86%)> A(12.50%)> control group(0).There are obvious differences in the number of stones(P <0.05);the proportion of stones in each group is: C(45.00%)> A(37.50%)> B(19.05%)> control group(10.00%).The CT value of kidney stones in group A and B did not change significantly before and after treatment(P> 0.05),and the CT value of kidney stones in group C changed significantly before and after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Each single agent extract in the group has no obvious dissolution effect on calcium monooxalate stones and magnesium hexa phosphate stones in vitro and is not affected by temperature change;sodium potassium citrate solution can effectively dissolve ammonium phosphate stones in vitro,with little dissolution effect on calcium monooxalate stones.2.urinary stone pill and sodium hydrogen citrate particles have a certain effect,and the effect of sodium hydrogen citrate particles on reducing the volume of kidney stones may be better than urinary stone pill,the effect on stone discharge may be better than sodium hydrogen citrate particles.The combination of the two may play a synergistic role,with a good effect of stone removal.
