Objectives To study the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and the degree of infection in surgical patients with abdominal infection. Methods A total of 80 surgical patients with abdominal infection from January 2019 to August 2020 were divided into two groups: mild infection group and severe infection group,40 cases each.Detecting the age, gender and body mass index(BMI),abdominal severe diseases, body temperature, white blood cells(WBC),neutral granulocyte percentage(N%),and GEDVI ITBVI,EVLWL,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),total bilirubin(TBIL),creatinine(CR),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),albumin(ALB),,After 3 days of patient anti-infection,GEDVI,ITBVI,EVLWL,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,BUN、TBIL、Cr、AST、ALB levels. Results At the time of admission, the age, gender and BMI of the two groups were composed of abdominal severe diseases, body temperature,WBC,N%,GEDVI,ITBVI,EVLWL level differences were more significant.(P>0.05).After 3 days of anti-infection,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,BUN,TBIL,CR,AST,ALB of severe infection group were higher than that of mild infection group, and statistically showed statistical significance(P<0.05).TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 levels of single factors affect the degree of infection, the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 of severe infection groups were higher than that of mild infection groups, and the inter-group comparison difference There is a statistically significant(P<0.05);with the degree of infection(severe y=1,mild y=0),it has statistically significant factors and serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 is an argument,multi-factor Logistic regression analysis, showing that serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and infection levels have statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of three indicators increase In addition, the risk of reducing infections has increased. Conclusions TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6 levels were associated with surgical intensive abdominal infection;TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6 levels increased, and the risk of abdominal infection in surgery was increased.Figure 0;Table 9;Reference 103...
