Clinical Study Of Yangxue Zhitong Pill Combined With Core Decompression On Bone Marrow Edema And Prognosis Of Early Femoral Head Necrosise

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Yangxue Zhitong Pill combined with core decompression on bone marrow edema and prognosis of early of femoral head necrosis,to explore effective methods to alleviate clinical symptoms of early femoral head necrosis.Methods: Fifty-two patients(81 hips)with femoral head necrosis who were hospitali zed in Luoyang Orthopaedic-Traumatological Hospital Of Henan Province(Henan Pro vincial Orthopedic Hospital)and met the inclusion criteria were divided into two gro ups according to the random number table method,26 in the experimental group(42hips)and 26 in the control group(39 hips).The experimental group was given Yan gxue Zhitong pills combined with core decompression,while the control group was o nly treated with core decompression.Visual analogue pain score,hip Harris score and imaging evaluation were observed and recorded before and after treatment in differe nt groups,and the clinical effects of different groups were analyzed.The general bas eline data and observation results of the two groups were statistically analyzed and c ompared,with statistical significance of P<0.05.Results: There was no significant difference in sex,age,location,etiology,course of disease between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in ARCO staging,Harris score before treatment,VAS score before treatment and grade of bone marrow edema before treatment(P>0.05).The results were reviewed and recorded three months after treatment.After treatment,Harris score of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of evaluation efficiency,42 hips in theexperimental group were markedly effective 13 hips,23 hips were effective and 6 hips were ineffective;39 hips in the control group were markedly effective 8 hips,17 hips were effective and 14 hips were ineffective.The difference was significant(P<0.05);the overall imaging evaluation after treatment was significantly different(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in adverse reactions after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).There were 9 cases in the experimental group and 10 cases in the control group,and the symptoms were improved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion: Compared with core decompression alone,Yangxue Zhitong Pill combined with core decompression has obvious advantages in improving pain symptoms and function caused by bone marrow edema of early femoral head necrosis,and has obtained higher clinical satisfaction,which provides a new possibility for clinical treatment of early femoral head necrosis.
