As the central area and main position of Shenzhen’s eastward strategy,Pingshan District,Shenzhen,an important node in the construction of the Shenzhen-Dongguanhui "3+2" economic circle,and the strategic frontier of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area radiating eastward,Pingshan District can seize many opportunities,to give full play to and use its location advantages to promote the coordinated development of regional medical and health undertakings.Because the industry and population structure of Pingshan District is very special,the industrial structure is dominated by industry and manufacturing,the population is small but the phenomenon of upside down is serious,the overall population structure is younger,and the proportion of young and middle-aged population is about 90%.The education level is generally low,mostly migrant workers engaged in low-end industries,and the economic income level is relatively low,resulting in residents’ medical needs with obvious differences compared with other regions.In addition,as a fringe urban area with strong population mobility,Pingshan District’s population structure and regional location have caused the overall development speed of Pingshan District to lag behind the overall level of Shenzhen,and its medical and health resource allocation and development level are relatively low.In recent years,although the construction of medical and health facilities in Pingshan District has achieved certain results,from the perspective of the supply and demand relationship of medical and health resources,the inverted triangle resource allocation pattern has led to a prominent problem of the misalignment of resource supply and demand.The solution to this problem lies in grasping the special characteristics of Pingshan District.Demographic characteristics.Based on this,combined with the requirements and measures in the context of the Healthy China strategy,to achieve a more reasonable and efficient allocation of medical and health resources,and to improve the fairness of medical and health services and the utilization efficiency of medical and health facilities,this article is based on the concept of supply and demand coordination,through construction Supply-demand coupling coordination degree evaluation model evaluates and analyzes the supply-demand relationship of medical and health facilities in Pingshan District,establishes a medical and health resource allocation mechanism oriented and based on residents’ medical needs,caters to the differentiated medical needs of residents in Pingshan District,and provides residents with more Targeted medical and health services to achieve true coordination of supply and demand and promote fair and efficient facility allocation.The main content of this article is divided into the following three parts:The first part is to analyze the current supply of medical and health facilities in Pingshan District,and then summarize the characteristics of emergent supply and its existing problems.By analyzing the regional profile of Pingshan District and related plans and standards of medical and health facilities,using on-site investigations,visits,seminars and other methods,we can understand the current configuration and use of medical and health facilities in Pingshan District,and analyze and summarize their supply characteristics and existence on this basis.The outstanding problem.The second part is to analyze the differential needs of residents in Pingshan District for medical treatment.By summarizing the characteristics of the population structure of residents in Pingshan District and the behavioral characteristics of medical needs of different residents,the factors affecting the medical needs of residents in Pingshan District are summarized into three categories: the attributes of the subject of the demand,the attributes of the facility object,and the external mechanism factors.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of residents’ medical needs under different influencing factors,as well as the spatial differentiation of residents’ medical needs.The third part is based on analyzing and clarifying the purpose and connotation of supply and demand coordination,selecting practical supply indicators and demand indicators from the previous analysis,establishing an evaluation index system,and building a coupling coordination degree model on this basis.The coordination type and coordination level of the supply-demand relationship of district medical and health facilities are evaluated and analyzed.According to the evaluation results of the coordination of supply and demand and the characteristics of residents’ different needs,the optimization strategy for the allocation of medical and health facilities in Pingshan District is proposed.
