| According to statistics,about one third of people aged 65 and over reported once exposed to the risk of falling every year.Fall brings serious consequences,such as fracture,cardiopulmonary function decline,brain injury and other losses,fall fear and other psychological disorders,aggravate the possibility of the next fall injury.Activities balance is current research hotspot in the field of robot and exoskeleton,human activities as the main research object,the first perspective requires a combination of the parties,in the current medical experiments,and the understanding of the mechanics model,to explore the mechanism that falls under a certain spacetime condition instability with corrections or enhance the capacity of relevant,or key index to measure to avoid the instability of a fall.First of all,questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview were used to interview the perceptual ability and feelings of daily activities of the elderly over 65 years old,to extract the pain points and risk factors hidden behind the fall problems of the elderly,to subjectively and concretely identify the risk factors,and to record the consequences and influence process.According to the feedback and description,the high risk factors and the instability performance of the corresponding movement in the activity area were counted,and the sensitive indicators closely related to falling were screened.Secondly,through the discovery and data description in the field of medical and biomechanical research,various related factors were decomposed,including environmental factors,perception factors,ground friction factors,posture factors,musculoskeletal structure factors and auxiliary support,etc.Based on the general mechanical model,the restriction conditions of walking were deduced.By analyzing the mechanical model of the interaction between the human body and the environment,the key physical quantity indexes of falling were extracted.Then making process that is associated with areas of activity and instability of form list,use section income derived from the mechanical model of key physical parameters measured,the simple spinal nerve reflex controller to load the old conditions of lower limb muscle strength and indoor friction parameters,motor movement simulation,establish standard library action sequences,The task complexity and metabolic consumption of completing sequential actions were counted,and the values were normalized to obtain the weight of activity cost in space.Finally,hospital and nursing professionals were invited to score the causative factor correlation questionnaire to obtain the general key influencing factors of fall risk,such as: activity area,perception condition,foot friction,body muscle strength,etc.The explained structural model is used to divide the hierarchy of the instability mechanism through which the risks act in different ways,and a directed graph is generated.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the influence weights among the internal indicators to obtain the logic used in the balance measurement applicable to perception and supporting factors. |
