| ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of modified Kanlisha hot ironing on functional rehabilitation after plate and screw internal fixation of type C distal radius fracture, and to provide ideas for exploring more convenient and practical rehabilitation methods after fracture operation.MethodsThe subjects of this study included 72 patients with type C distal radius fracture who were hospitalized in the Department of Traumatology and Orthopaedics,Emergency Trauma Center of Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to November 2020.They were numbered based on the sequence of hospitalization, and all patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number generated by Excel software..All patients were treated with open reduction, plate and screw internal fixation via metacarpal approach.DR,CT,MRI of the affected wrist and laboratory examination were completed before operation. After operation,broad-spectr um antibiotics were given to prevent infection, detumescence and other symptomatic treatment, and the wrist was immobilized with high molecular plaster for 30 days. The plaster was removed after 30 days. The treatment group was given modified Kanlisha hot ironing on the basis of functional training, while the control group was only given the exothermic ingredients of the modified Kanlisha hot ironing on the basis of functional training. The observation lasted for 60 days. The VAS pain score,Jakim distal radius fracture curative effect score,PRWE score, grip strength change and wrist range of motion of the two groups were recorded, and the excellent and good rate was calculated.SPSS21.0 software was used for comparative analysis.ResultsAll the 72 patients in this study completed the treatment and follow-up,no cases were removed or shedding during the study, and complete data were obtained. There was no significant difference in age, gender, side of affected limb, time from injury to operation, operation time, postoperative palmar inclination angle, ulnar deviation angletand other baseline data between the two groups((49)> 0.05).In terms of wrist functional indexes, there was no significant difference in VAS score,Jakim distal radius fracture curative effect score,PRWE score, grip strength and wrist range of motion between the two groups((49)> 0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after 15 days,30 days,45 days and 60 days of hot ironing. The score showed a decreasing trend with time. There were significant differences between the two groups and within the two groups((49)< 0.05).The PRWE scores of patients in both groups decreased after treatment, which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment. After hot ironing for 15 days,30 days,45 days and 60 days, the Jakim distal radius fracture curative effect score, grip strength and wrist range of motion of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group((49)< 0.05),and the overall trend was increasing, and the increase of the treatment group was faster than that of the control group. No accident occurred during the treatment.Conclusion1.Modified Washing Prescription for Upper Limb Injury can effectively relieve wrist pain during postoperative rehabilitation of type C distal radius fracture, improve wrist function and range of motion, enhance grip strength, and accelerate the process of rehabilitation.2.The use of modified Kanlisha does not rely on special tools, the use of the scene is not limited, with high convenience.3.The treatment group and the control group had no adverse events such as scald, skin allergy, pruritus, skin lesions, surgical knife edge exudation during the treatment, and the safety was reliable. |
