| Objective:to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of warming Yang method combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of adult hypothyroidism by Meta analysis method.Research Methods:Online Computer Retrieval network database,including CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP,China biomedical literature system,kauckland database,Web of Science database,PubMed database,the starting and ending time of literature collection is from January 1-20,2000 to January 1.Retrieve a randomized controlled trial(RCT)on the treatment of adult hypothyroidism with traditional Chinese medicine warming Yang method combined with levothyroxine.Tool:Meta-analysis using RevMan5.3 software.Excluding repeated literature,animal experiment,non-RCT,medical record experience,taking therapeutic measures other therapies with non-warming positive method and traditional Chinese medicine as therapeutic means,after the research object is subclinical hypothyroidism literature,17 Related articles were screened out,totaling 1101 patients.Results:Through the research and analysis of 17 articles and 1101 patients screened out,the results show that the traditional Chinese medicine formula combined with levothyroxine with warming Yang method is effective for improving hypothyroidism,improvement rate of TCM syndromes,TCM syndrome score,thyroid stimulating hormone releasing hormone(TSH),free thyroid hormone(FT4),triiodothyronine(FT3),the indexes such as anti-thyroid hormone antibody were statistically different from those of the control group(p<0.5).Conclusion:compared with the Western medicine treatment of simple letrothyroid sodium,the combination of warming Yang method and letrothyroid sodium can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce laboratory indexes,reduce TCM syndrome score and improve the total effective rate,to improve the quality of life of patients,there is no obvious difference in safety comparison between the two,and there is no adverse effect on the patient’s body,which is worthy of promotion. |
