Clinical Observation On Treatment Of 80 Cases Of Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism With Chinese Medicine Compound And Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets

Purpose:To observe the change of clinical curative effect before and after the treatment of the patients treated by the combination of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of eucarb,and to provide the theoretical basis for further clinical promotion.Material and method: 1.Clinical data All cases of October 10,2016-2016,liaoning university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital outpatients,a total of 80 cases,random number table method of 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases,accord with hashimoto JiaJian diagnosis basis.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in general and clinical manifestations,and P>0.05.The scores of FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAB,TPOAB and symptoms were observed before and after treatment.2.Treatment Two groups of patients were given optimal music(measurement optimization according to the thyroid hormone levels a le 25 to 100 ug),once-daily oral treatment group on the basis of giving traditional Chinese medicine compound a dose of daily,about 100 ml,a secondary oral.The control group was given a 4-5g(20-25 granule)of kidney-tonifying pill,2 times a day,and one course of treatment for 3 months.3.Clinical observation 3.1.Clinical symptoms: neck swelling,irritability,fatigue,afraid of the cold,god,floating face limb swelling,drowsiness,unresponsive,indifference,dry skin,loss of appetite,constipation,weight gain,slow pulse frequency weakness,etc.3.2.Determination of thyroid hormone levels: serum free triiodothyroxine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),and thyrotropin(TSH).Thyroid globulin antibody(TGAB)and thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAB).4.Statistical methods: SPSS24.0 statistical analysis software was used.All metering data were tested using a paired t test.Results: Treatment group and control group were significantly improved in the treatment of FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAB,TPOAB and symptom score,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion: The combination of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of HT in patients with HT can reduce thyroid hormone,two antibody levels and symptom integrals,which is worth promoting.
