Clinical Observation On Modified Zhenwu Decoction Combined With Antibiotics In Treating Chronic Pyelonephritis With Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective:In this study,through the clinical observation and research of Zhenwu Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis with yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney,observation and comparison of the effects of Western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on chronic pyelonephritis,and provides research ideas for the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis.Methods:In this study,female patients who were outpatients in the Department of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected.After screening of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,68 cases were finally selected as inclusion subjects.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into groups.They were classified into treatment group（n=34）and control group（n=34）.The control group was given antibiotics orally for 4weeks,and the treatment group was given Chinese medicine orally for 4weeks on the basis of the control group.After the treatment of the patient,record the TCM syndrome score,urine routine and bacterial culture,immunological related indicators,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets（CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺,CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺）,immunological related indicators of serum immunoglobulin before and after treatment Protein（Ig G,Ig M,Ig A）.At the same time,observe whether there are adverse reactions.All the research data of this subject use SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis.Results:（1）The cure rate of the two groups of patients was better than that of the control group in the treatment group（P<0.05）.（2）The two groups of patients were significantly better than before treatment in improving TCM symptoms and signs（P<0.01）;the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms and signs（P<0.01）.（3）No significant difference was found between the two groups in the rate of routine urine normalization after intervention（P>0.05）;the treatment group was better than the control group after 2-6weeks and 8 weeks after the drug was stopped（P<0.05）.（4）At the end of treatment,there was no significant difference in the rate of negative conversion of urinary bacteria between the two groups（P>0.05）;the treatment group was better than the control group after 2-6 weeks and 8weeks after the drug was stopped（P<0.05）.（5）The improvement of CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment（P<0.01）,and the improvement of CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（P<0.01）.（6）Improved Ig G,Ig A and Ig M after treatment were significantly better than before treatment（P<0.01）;The improvement of Ig G,Ig A and Ig M in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group（P<0.01）.（7）In terms of adverse reactions,the two groups of patients did not have adverse reactions or worsening of the disease.Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction combined with antibiotics can improve the cure rate of patients,improve the symptoms and signs of patients,the rate of urinary routine normalization,the rate of urinary bacteria turning negative,improve the immune function of patients with chronic pyelonephritis,and enhance the body’s anti-infection ability.In reducing its recurrence,it is better than the western medicine group alone.The application of Zhenwu Decoction combined with antibiotics for patients with chronic pyelonephritis（spleen and kidney yang deficiency）has a significant clinical effect,It has good safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
