| Scientific incentive strategies are the driving force for companies to stimulate employees’ enthusiasm and enthusiasm in human resource management,and it is also an important guarantee for ensuring the continuous productivity and creativity of frontline staff.Whether the design of the incentive mechanism can meet the actual situation of the enterprise and whether it can exert its effect directly affects the sustainable,healthy and stable development of the enterprise to a large extent.With the vigorous implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy and a series of policy support issued by the government,a large amount of private capital has poured into the medical field,and private hospitals invested and operated by social capital have become an important supplement to my country’s medical services.However,the development time of private hospitals is short,and there is still much room for the research and practice of measures to encourage front-line medical staff to take the initiative and advance courageously.Private hospitals often use generous remuneration promises to attract talents in the early stage,and the investment and training in the later stage are obviously insufficient,and they lack long-term effective incentive strategies.This has led to the decline of front-line medical staff ’ s work enthusiasm,reduced service awareness,and serious loss of core medical staff.As a result,the medical level and service quality of private hospitals cannot be effectively guaranteed,which severely restricts the rapid development and growth of private hospitals.How human resource managers can combine and give full play to the characteristics of corporate profitability and hospital public welfare,maintain the passion of frontline medical staff,and promote the healthy development of private hospitals has become a realistic topic for in-depth discussion in the private hospital industry.This article takes B private hospitals as the research object,and analyzes the existence of incentive strategies for front-line medical staff of B private hospitals in the operation process by studying the relevant theories of incentive strategies and in-depth investigations,questionnaires,interviews and other methods of B private hospitals.Problems and needs.Based on theoretical research and empirical research on the motivation strategy of frontline medical staff in the medical field at home and abroad,combined with the industry development law and human resource management practice research of B private hospitals,from setting up career development plans,adjusting the composition of the salary system,strengthening training and further education,etc.In terms of optimizing and improving the incentive strategy of B private hospitals,a set of strategic development needs plan that meets the actual management status and rapid development of B private hospitals is proposed,and a set of scientific and reasonable incentive strategies matching the development of B private hospitals is formed.It solves the current difficulties encountered by private hospitals in motivating frontline medical staff,meets the needs of human resource development in the next three years,and provides reference for the human resource management of other private medical institutions. |
