At present,China’s medical industry is in a period of rapid development,in order to protect people’s health and life,improve the quality of people’s life,more and more attention to the supervision and development of private hospital medical institutions.As an important part of our health care system,well received by the public attention.The analysis of private hospital medical staff about the current situation and existing talent incentive mechanism the problem of constructing scientific and reasonable hospital personnel incentive system according to the actual situation,formulate feasible and effective incentive scheme,to improve the initiative and enthusiasm of the staff,to make its own ability to play the best,to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of hospital has become a pressing matter of the moment.In order to study the incentive mechanism of private hospitals.To reduce the loss rate of medical personnel,medical personnel excitation potential,improve the satisfaction of patients,hospitals and the medical service level,Has an important significance to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of private hospitals.Based on the network,the large collection of documents,organize the relevant theories of the incentive mechanism of medical staff,in order to enrich the theory as the research foundation,conducted a field survey of several private hospitals in Loudi,the method of questionnaire and interview,the investigation on the operations of the hospital as well as in the the medical staff incentive system,and analyzes the results of the investigation,draw relevant conclusions,combined with the incentive system theory to the study of the private hospitals in Loudi city human resources incentive problems,and put forward suggestions and strategies.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,collecting a large number of literature,theoretical research related finishing of hospital nursing staff incentive mechanism,two launches the research from the perspective of foreign and domestic,the research results of scholars at home and abroad,summed up the authoritative theory,provide theoretical basis for research;the second part is the basic theory part of this paper mainly introduces the characteristics of the private hospital,the related theory and the incentive mechanism;the third part is the incentive mechanism of private hospitals in Loudi city the satisfaction survey,the relevant information,through the research on the conclusion of analysis,draw a conclusion;the fourth part,through the investigation and analysis of the third part.The actual situation of the incentive mechanism combined with the private hospital in Loudi City,puts forward the existing problems;the fifth part,according to the Loudi private hospitals exist in the incentive mechanism of Q Put forward the corresponding suggestions and opinions;the sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of the thesis...
