| Purpose This study analyzes the performance of community TCM health services in Harbin City through on-site questionnaire surveys and field visits to 10 community health service centers in Xiangfang District,Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province.Fully understand the efficiency level of community TCM health services in Xiangfang District,explore the factors that affect the performance of community TCM services,analyze and discuss the survey results of community TCM health services.Targetedly put forward Harbin community TCM health service countermeasures and suggestions,and provide theoretical reference for deepening the performance reform of Harbin community TCM service.MethodsIn this study,random sampling was used to randomly select 10 community health service centers in Xiangfang District,Harbin.Use the questionnaire survey method to conduct community basic health service surveys among 274 staff in the institution.350 questionnaires were actually investigated for patients seeking medical care,and 338 were valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 96.57%.Descriptive analysis methods are used to describe the basic status quo of community Chinese medicine and health services in Harbin and the general demographic characteristics of residents’ satisfaction.Use the data envelopment analysis method to evaluate the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the community traditional Chinese medicine and health services,and analyze the efficiency difference and improvement degree between various institutions.Results(1)The average comprehensive technical efficiency of the traditional Chinese medicine and health services of the 10 community health service centers investigated and studied is 0.834,the average pure technical efficiency is0.992,and the average scale efficiency is 0.838.(2)Among the 10 survey samples,there are 5 companies with a comprehensive technical efficiency of1,8 companies with a pure technical efficiency of 1,and 5 companies with a scale efficiency of 1.(3)Non-DEA effective community health service centers have varying degrees of insufficient output.(4)Among them,there is more room for improvement in the total number of Chinese medicine departments,followed by satisfaction with community Chinese medicine and health services.Conclusions(1)Data Envelopment Analysis is Feasible in the Performance Research of Community Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Service.(2)The 10 community health service centers in the survey sample have varying degrees of mismatch between input and output.(3)The main reason for the invalid results of comprehensive technical efficiency in the non-DEA valid sample is the invalid scale efficiency.(4)For survey sample institutions with diminishing returns to scale,optimizing the resource allocation structure can improve resource utilization efficiency. |
