Clinical Observation Of Xiehuo Qutan Pingkang Decoction Combined With Methimazole In The Treatment Of Graves Disease With Phlegm Fire Syndrome

Research purposes According to the experience of the instructor,observe the efficacy and safety of Xiehuo Qutan Pingkang Decoction combined with methimazole(MMI)in the treatment of phlegm-fire type GD.Research methods From January 2020 to January 2021,60 GD patients from our department who met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion were selected.They were divided into 2 groups,30 people per group.The control group used MMI,5mg~30mg/day;the treatment group used MMI combined with Xiehuo Qutan Pingkang Decoction.After 4 weeks,adjust the MMI dose according to the thyroid function.Observe for 8 weeks.The TSH,FT3,FT4,TRAb,MMI dose of different periods,TCM syndrome scores,and safety indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Research result1 General information Before treatment,the age,gender and course of disease of the two groups were comparable(P > 0.05).2 Thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH)In the two periods after treatment,FT3,FT4 and TSH in the two groups improved compared with the previous(P<0.05).In the 4th week,between the two groups,there was little difference in FT3,FT4 and TSH(P>0.05).In the 8th week,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing FT3,FT4,and raise TSH(P<0.05).3 TRAb After treatment,TRAb was lower than before(P<0.05).And the treatment group had lower TRAb(P<0.05)。4 MMI dosage in different periods In the two periods after treatment,the dose of the two groups were reduced compared with before(P<0.05).An the 4th week,there was little difference between the two groups inMMI dose(P>0.05).At the 8th week,the MMI dose in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).5 Clinical efficacy After treatment,the significantly efficient rate was 26.7% in the control group and 53.3%in another group,the control group was lower than the treatment group(P<0.05).6 TCM Syndrome Score After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores all decreased(P<0.05).And the treatment group is lower(P<0.05).Compared with the single integral of TCM symptoms,the two groups were improved after treatment(P< 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving cervical swelling,palpitation,irritability,sweating and fever,less sleep and more dreams(P< 0.01).7 Curative effect of TCM symptoms After treatment,the total effective rate was 80% in the control group and 96.7% in another group,the control group was lower than the treatment group(P< 0.05).8 Safety evaluation After treatment,the adverse reaction rate was 26.7% in the control group and 6.7% in another group,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P< 0.05).The others were normal.8 Research conclusion Xiehuo Qutan Pingkang Decoction combined with MMI for the treatment of phlegm-fire type GD can increase efficiency and reduce toxicity,and is safe,and can be used clincally.
