Research On The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Health Education Service In Shaanxi Province

With the rapid and stable development of the social economy,the health of our people has continued to improve.But at the same time,people’s aging is accelerating,people’s life patterns and pathological types are constantly changing,and a variety of physical,mental,and sudden infectious diseases pose challenges to public health.The whole world has begun to pay attention to health issues.Many countries and regions have actively researched and formulated health promotion strategies and implemented them systematically,which has achieved good results.In order to improve the health management and service capabilities of China,and improve the health of residents,the Party Central Committee puts people’s health in the strategic position of priority development.In 2016,the State Council promulgated the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline,which proposed to minimize health risk factors and fully safeguard the life and health rights of the whole people.As an important part of the public health service system,health education has been paid more and more attention.How to improve the level and quality of health education services is related to the construction of a healthy China,as well as the improvement of people’s health and the continuous improvement of people’s livelihood.Located in the central part of China,Shaanxi Province is a region confined from east to west,spanning north and south,with dense population and frequent population movements.In the new era,in order to coordinate the level of health education services and health promotion capabilities with the province ’ s economic and social development,the in-depth implementation of health Shaanxi related actions has important practical significance.Guided by the public service theory and the public product theory,this paper takes the health education service in Shaanxi Province as the research object,and sorts out the development course and current situation of health education in Shaanxi Province.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of health education services in Shaanxi Province,such as the serious shortage of resources input,the low quality and ability of the professional team,the lack of overall management and social guidance by the government departments,the imbalance of grass-roots work,the traditional and single form of health education,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Drawing on the advanced experience of health education services in Shanghai and Jiangsu Province,Put forward under the background of China’s strategic health through strengthening the responsibility of the government guarantee health education resources,more efforts to cultivate high-quality service team,promote the formation of government and society to build path,strengthen the functions of the grassroots health education network and innovating the mode of health education services such as health education can promote Shaanxi Province countermeasures and Suggestions on the development of service work.
