Study On Service Quality Management Of Private JF Plastic Surgery Hospital

This paper takes private JF plastic surgery hospital as the main research object,in order to evaluate and improve medical service quality management.Firstly,we collected and read the relevant literature about the service quality management of medical institutions.This paper analyzes the relevant theories of private plastic surgery hospital service quality management and service quality management evaluation,which lays the research foundation of this paper.According to the SERVQUAL model of service quality management,the service quality management indicators of JF plastic surgery hospital were initially established through the investigation of private JF plastic surgery hospital.The evaluation scale was improved and the specific evaluation indicators were determined.Finally,the service quality evaluation scale of JF plastic surgery hospital was determined.According to the service quality evaluation scale,the customers were investigated by questionnaire.Through the collection and analysis of the questionnaire,this paper finds out the problems existing in the service quality of JF plastic surgery hospital,and puts forward improvement measures to increase the market competitiveness of JF plastic surgery hospital.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the evaluation of the service quality management of plastic surgery hospital,and then can strengthen the service quality management of the hospital,improving the management level of the hospital,establishing a modern hospital management system and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the hospital.
