Safety And Prognosis Of LPN And LRN In The Treatment Of Localized T1b Complex Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective:Objective to compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(LPN)and laparoscopic radical nephrectomy(LRN)in the treatment of localized T1b complex renal cell carcinoma.Methods:A total of 63 patients with localized T1b complex renal cell carcinoma treated with LPN or LRN from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,including 27 patients in LPN group and 36 patients in LRN group.The general data of patients in the two groups [age(years),gender,tumor location,tumor size(CM),tumor complexity according to r.e.n.a.l.score,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,preoperative serum creatinine(umol / L)],operation related data [operation time(min),intraoperative blood loss(ML),postoperative 24 h serum creatinine(umol / L),postoperative hospital stay(days)] were collected and sorted out)】 The clinical data of postoperative complications and tumor survival were compared by statistical software.Results:The intraoperative blood loss of LPN group was 100(150)ml,which was higher than that of LRN group 50(50)ml(P < 0.05);the 24-hour serum creatinine of LPN group was 88.52(19.19)umol / L,which was lower than that of LRN group 111.96(23.48)umol / L(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in operation time(min),postoperative hospital stay(days),postoperative complications,2-year overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate between LPN group and LRN group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:LPN and LRN are both safe and effective methods for the treatment of localized T1b complex renal cell carcinoma.Both groups can obtain a satisfactory 2-year survival rate.Although the amount of blood loss in LPN is more than that in LRN,the incidence of postoperative complications in LPN group is not more than that in LRN group,which may be related to the better protection of renal function by LPN than LRN.
