Objective:To explore the changes of serum Apelin-12 and AngⅡ in hypertensive patients during induction of general anesthesia,to assess their vascular protection, and to provide guidance for the patient’s postoperative outcome. Methods:A selection of 220 patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from September 2018 to November 2019 were screened according to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China 2010" and inclusion and exclusion criteria, and divided into categories according to the random number table method 40 people in the hypertension group and 40 people in the control group. The changes of SBP,DBP,MAP,ST-T before and after induction of general anesthesia in each group were recorded.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the serum Apelin-12 and Angiotensin Ⅱ(Angiotensin Ⅱ,Ang Ⅱ)levels of the two groups of patients before and after induction of general anesthesia and related analysis. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).1 Comparison between groups: the level of Apelin-12 in the serum of the hypertension group before induction was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the level of serum AngⅡ was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the differences were statistically significant.2 Intra-group comparison:the serum Apelin-12 content decreased after induction in the hypertension group, while the AngⅡ content increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the control group before and after induction was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 The relationship between Apelin-12 and MAP: The difference between Apelin-12 and MAP before and after induction in the hypertension group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference between Apelin-12 and MAP in the hypertension group was positively correlated(r=0.46,P<0.05).Conclusion:The relationship between Apelin-12 and MAP: The difference between Apelin-12 and MAP before and after induction in the hypertension group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference between Apelin-12 and MAP in the hypertension group was positively correlated(r=0.46,P<0.05).
