Objectives To study the relationship between the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)and Pselectin and blood pressure,the risk factors,clinical biochemical indicators,target organ damage,clinical complications in patients with hypertension;to explore the correlation between Ang Ⅱ and P-selectin.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,214 patients were included in the final analysis during December 1,2018 to November 30,2019 in Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of North China University of science and technology.All subjects were tested for P-selectin and Ang Ⅱ.According to the results of P-selectin and Ang Ⅱ,they were divided into divided into low P-selectin group(107 cases),high P-selectin group(107 cases),and low Ang Ⅱ group(107 cases)),High Ang Ⅱ group(107 cases)according to the median level.According to the same criteria,the patients were divided into low P-selectin low Ang Ⅱ group(79 cases),low P-selectin high Ang Ⅱ group(28 cases),high P-selectin low Ang Ⅱ group(28 cases)and high P-selectin high Ang Ⅱ group(79 cases).The general clinical data,ABPM parameters,echocardiographic indicators,renal function,dynamic arteriosclerosis index(AASI),clinical complications of each group of patients were recorded by Excel and analyzed through SPSS 22.0.T test and variance analysis were used to compare the measured data.The count data were analyzed by chi-square test.Data of nonnormal distribution were analyzed by nonparametric rank sum test.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between Serum P-selectin,and Ang Ⅱ concentration and related target organ damage.The Rank correlation was used to explore the relationship between Ang Ⅱ and P-selectin.Results 1 P-selectin,d-SBP,24h-SBP,morning-SBP,the proportion of non-dipper blood pressure,AASI,carotid plaque detection in the low Ang Ⅱ group and the high Ang Ⅱ group were:[21.66(19.51~24.82)]VS.[37.30(24.41~77.70)],(128.23±13.67)VS.(133.44±16.60),(80.93±10.73)VS.(84.13±12.73),(126.96±13.17)VS.(131.57±15.96),(132.49±15.71)VS.(137.85±18.25),[72(67.3%)] VS.[85(79.4%)],(0.49±0.23)VS.(0.55±0.22),[72(67.3%)] VS.[89(83.2%)](P<0.05);2 TG,Ang Ⅱ,d-SBP,24h-SBP,e GFR,the proportion of non-dipper blood pressure,AASI and carotid plaque detection in the low P-selectin group and the high P-selectin group were:(1.64±1.02)VS.(1.97±1.38),[61.82(51.88~71.80)]VS.[95.06(68.07~168.98)],(128.43±12.83)VS.(133.24±17.31),(127.22±12.69)VS.(131.31±16.41),(108.14±34.70)VS.(98.28±30.84),[71(66.4%)] VS.[86(80.4%)],(0.49±0.23)VS.(0.55±0.22),[73(68.2%)]VS.[88(82.2%)](P<0.05);3 d-SBP,carotid plaque detection in the low Ang Ⅱlow P-selectin group and the high Ang Ⅱhigh P-selectin group were:(127.30±12.15)VS.(134.09±17.36),[50(63.3%)]VS.[66(83.5%)](P<0.05);4 The level of age,LDL-c,serum Ang Ⅱ were influence factors of carotid plaque,OR(95%CI)were:1.130(1.084~1.178),1.591(0.544~2.964),2.437(1.049~5.662);The level of serum P-selectin was influence factor of 24 h blood pressure morphology,OR(95%CI)were:2.296(0.563~2.362);Participants with a high Ang Ⅱ and high P-selectin experienced significantly increased carotid plaque(OR = 2.738,95% CI 1.183 ~ 6.340)and non-dipper blood pressure(OR = 3.110,95%CI 1.124 ~ 8.609)risk.5 Ang Ⅱ was positively correlated with P-selectin,r=0.524(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Ang Ⅱ and P-selectin are related to systolic blood pressure in daytime,early morning and 24 hours in patients with essential hypertension,and P-selectin is related to 24 h blood pressure morphology.2 The level of age,LDL-c,serum Ang Ⅱ were influence factors of carotid plaque.3 P-selectin is correlated with Ang Ⅱ.Figure0;Table21;Reference 189...
