Objective:To investigate the clinical prevalence and related risk factors of hyperuricemia in patients with non-dialytic chronic kidney disease,so as to provide the theory basis for preventing and treating hyperuricemia in the future. Methods:In this study,540 patients who were confirmed with ND-CKD by the department of nephrology inpatient in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University between January 2015 and December 2019 were selected finally except the patients who has incomplete data and dialysis patients according to the standard constrain.Clinical basic information including the name, gender, age,BMI and past medical history and labouratory information including blood routine, urine routine, biochemical and inflammatory index of 540 patients were collected. The patients were divided into the HUA group(295 cases)and the non-HUA group(245 cases)based on the definition of hyperuricemia. The differences of clinical indications of the two groups were analyzed. At the same time, they were grouped into the e GFR≧60/ml·min-1·(1.73m2-1(221 cases)and the e GFR<60/ml·min-1·(1.73m2-1(319 cases)based on the definition of CKD staging. The differences of clinical data of the two groups were analyzed at different level of renal function. Finally,Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the related risk factors of HUA in ND-CKD patients.Results:1.Among 540 ND-CKD patients,295 cases were in the HUA group,245 cases were in the non-HUA group. The prevalence of HUA was 54.6%in patients with ND-CKD,And the incidence of HUA in the CKD 1 to 5 staging patients was 31.7%,50.5%,58.7%,64.3%,76.3%.2.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male(OR=1.583),the CKD staging(OR=1.501),hypertension(OR=1.632),BMI(OR=1.111),serum phosphorus(OR=5.947)and age(OR=0.971)were the related risk factors of HUA in ND-CKD patients;Male(OR=4.479),the CKD staging(OR=2.337),BMI(OR=1.174),cystatin C(OR=2.591)and age(OR=0.956)were the related risk factors of HUA in ND-CKD patients with e GFR≧60/ml·min-1·(1.73m2-1;BMI(OR=1.087),serum phosphorus(OR=6.335),total cholesterol(OR=0.795),and age(OR=0.978)were the related risk factors of HUA in ND-CKD patients with e GFR<60/ml·min-1·(1.73m2-1.Conclusion:1.The incidence of HUA increased gradually with the increase of CKD staging.2.The occurrence of HUA in ND-CKD patients were influenced by the CKD staging, gender, hypertension,BMI,lipid metabolism, cystatin C,blood phosphorus and age.3.Paying attention to the occurrence of HUA in ND-CKD patients and taking measures early for realted risk factors,Which could delay the progress of the disease.
